I contracted COVID while on trip to this area. A local urgent care provider made the diagnosis and recommended medications that I eventually picked up from this Walgreens. Over a 2day period, not only did pharmacy tech Michelle go out of her way to make sure I received the COVID medications in a timely manner, she also made suggestions on how to resolve a situation of having to get more of my normal daily medications to last me until I leave this area to head back to Tucson, AZ. Michelle had the most fantastic professional attitude I've ever run across at a pharmacy. I am just one customer but I imagine she shines and deals with all customers in this manner. Good on Walgreens for having this customer focused employee. She's a Star!!!

Lame, Lame, Lame. We drive 20 miles for scheduled vaccinations only to find out from the pharmacist, "We're out of that. We're supposed to get some more in tomorrow!" No, I will not return.

I called at 5:08pm today - just under an hour before closing. They asked me to hold and after ten minutes answered just to hang up on me without a word...no call back or anything like it was an accident. I've called again and been on hold for another 30 minutes. You're a pharmacy, people are calling about MEDICINE...they're understaffed or not working!

I had to utilize this Walgreens to return something via FedEx. One of the store associates, Claire, went above and beyond to help me with this return. She was fantastic to deal with and a huge help even when the equipment was giving her difficulty in printing the labels using the QR code. Thank you Claire!

Stay away from the store they have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my 66 years on this earth. The wait is long they're rude when you call they hang out they keep you on hold forever stay away from this facility !!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!

Pharmacist was helpful in selecting an OTC medication. Front of store staff was missing, had to wait 5 minutes to check out. Store not busy.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I usually have to wait 30 minutes minimum to get my prescriptions. If you go at the right time it won’t be as slow but you’re not always necessarily available at those times

Slowest pharmacy ever! Average wait time for me is 30 minutes. The staff are busting their butts but, not enough of them to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. I wish there was a better option near me.

The young girl working tonight was board line chasing everyone out the store the for the last 15 minutes. Announcing every minute the are closing in 15 min, 14 min, 13 min... like come on. If u hate it here then go work somewhere else. Ridiculous

Today I am finally fed up !!!46 mins hold time today.Do they have any one that actually smiles ….The telephone representative ( not going to mention this miserable individual name out of pure human nature)Was disgusted that she even answered the phone …. Not only as a owner of a business but as a consumerI feel disappointed. Yes this will be unfortunately on social media as a “ northsider” more than opinion

Such a disappointment for a born and raised "northsider" to time and time again be treated as I was bothering them ... The team members are embarrassing - Walgreens is not a local franchise -CLEARLY - HOW many times do I have to go into this god awful environment- the pharmacy techs act like they run the place - please don't bring them your ONE item to ring up . You're a peasant to them apparently Never had such worse customer service in my LIFE!!!! 1st BAD REVIEW EVER ! And that's saying a lot

Made an online order and it said it would be ready in 30minutes so I headed to the store. Once I got in the parking lot, 3 minutes before the 30 minute mark I got a notification that my order had a delay. It wouldn't have been a big deal except it's for my son's pull-ups and it's urgent I get them. I called the store to see how long it would be and the girl said she was transferring me to the photo counter. The people at the photo counter answered after about 5 minutes of ringing and didn't say anything, just hung up. I called again and the same girl who answered initially answered and told me there was nothing she could do about without even an attempt at getting me an answer. My three small children are in the car and sleeping so going in is extremely inconvenient.
