This is why I don't come here. I did for years but changed to Publix. This Walgreens service is yTerrible. My dr sent my script here by mistake. It was Wednesday. No word from them so I went by Sunday. Oh yeah can you come back in 20 min we will have it. I go 4 hours later and it's still not filled and the pharm tried to give me another excuse. I drove off. I will have it transferred to Publix where thy will fill it with no issues.

Hung up on by pharmacy without even a hello. Phone rings off hook and is immediately set to on hold without ever asking what the customer is calling for. Been over a half hour of absolute rudeness and the brush off.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! If you are sick and waiting on meds just go ahead and plan your funeral because waiting on meds from them is like watching paint dry on the wall! Good luck ! Worst ever! Wish i could rate no stars! Fire management and start all over ! Take your business else where! Won't be using them ever again !!!

I go to this Walgreens several times a week. I have always had a good experience and the staff is always nice and friendly to me. If I need help I ask. Enough said.

By far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. I had to pay full price for medication after leaving the ER because their system says my insurance is expired. I just left the ER and picked a prescription up from this same Walgreens a few weeks ago how is the insurance expired. Then my insurance , Cigna, reaches out to them to correct their mistake. I come back for the refund and it is currently taking over 30min to do that.

Don't take your passport pictures here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They always look bad (tried this place twice!). I could have done a much better job. Friendly staff but that's not enough for me to go back for pictures. Other than that , the store is clean and it has everything you'd expect it to. Just avoid the photo department. They did a horrible job with my son's and my passport pictures.

This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy in Jacksonville, hands down. I can't count a single time I have come to pick up a prescription and it was ready when I arrived. Once, the optometrist did not put a date on my script, so the Walgreens employee said she was going to call the office to verify the date and let me know when I could come back for my drops. I call back the next day and the person on the phone had no clue what I was talking about and then afterwards said oh yeah, we still need to call the optometrist. Two days later I called back and same thing, long story short I never got my drops and my eye eventually got better. The last time I was here the pediatrician's office called and left them a voicemail for my son's script - This was around 10am. I arrive around 6pm and guess what happened? Yep, they never checked their voicemail. Everything else here is fine. I pick up milk and my photos are ready when the email says it is but it's a nightmare if I ever need to come here to pick up any prescriptions. Why do I come here so often? I live less than 2 minutes away and my insurance does not honor CVS...

My fiancé had surgery for a large hernia, the doctor gave a subscription for pain medication. Becouse he was bed ridden I was told I could pick up the subscription myself, I took him home and left him in the care of his brother. I tried Walmart first becouse they are closer to our house, the nice pharmacist told me right away they would not have the medication till next week but that he could order it for me. unfortunately my fiancé needed the pain medication that day at 5:30pm as the doctor suggested. I call this Walgreens to see if they had the medication in stock, a lady told me she would not say over the phone if they did or did not have it so I drove to this Walgreens. There was a very tall Caucasian pharmaciest who “helped†me on 04.03.19 around 3:30pm I did not get his name. I right away told him Walmart did not have the medicine and asked if he did, he told me he did have it in stock and it would take a while to fill he also told me my fiancé's medical insurance card would not cover the cost of the medication becouse “this insurance card is only for doctor visits and not medication†I thought this was weird becouse we once used it on his prescription for congestion however I asked him to fill the prescription anyways. I came back around 2 hours later right around the time my fiancé would need the prescription 5:30. The same pharmacist (tall man) told me he could not fill the prescription becouse he “DOES NOT HAVE THE MEDICATION IN STOCK!â€. Now I waisted over two hours waiting on this man becouse he assured me this Walgreens did have the medication and then after I come back he tells me a completely different story and to me it seemed like he was lying, he had no simpathy or remorse. I was very agitated but left without making a scene, I drove down to cvs and a very sweet lady told me she did not have it in stock but will be receiving more in 3 days. I then tried ANOTHER WALGREENS, the one across from the orange park mall, this pharmacist was very helpful, he told me they do have it in stock and it would only be a few minutes (it took less then 10 minuets) not only that but he told me that the (tall man) could of checked for me what Walgreens had the medication so I would not of had to drive all around looking for it. He also told me Walgreens does accept my fiancé's insurance card making the medication only $3.00!!!!! Which was a great help becouse we just spent over $3000 out of pocket for this surgery. I am so grateful for the other Walgreens and completely disappointed in this Walgreens employees and especially the (tall pharmacist) who made my fiancé wait in pain after having extensive surgery.

Good store but if you trying to use the pharmacy bring lunch and dinner for the wait.
