Worst pharmacy in town. Winn-Dixie sold out to Aldi and they sent all our info over to Walgreens. It's been nothing but a disaster ever since. They are slow and understaffed. They are overwhelmed with the new customers. Not a good experience at all.

I once got my prescription sent here since the Harbor Place Publix got demolished. Never ever again. They are the most incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. They couldn't find the doctor order after my doctor assured me they sent it TWICE. Then Walgreens texted me it was ready and I got to the window and they said 'Oh wait we still have to mix it". Twenty minutes later they weren't sure if they could take Apple Pay (another 20 minutes passes while they walk away to figure it out). All this while I'm literally at the window with tears running down my cheeks following major dental work. We used to stop here for random stuff such as diapers and drinks. We will no longer be going to the store at all

They have no common sense at all! We just left this store unable to make our purchase. The website said 7 Up soda was 1 for $7.99 or 3 for $11.99. However, it rang up for 3 for $15.98. We pulled up the ad and showed the cashier. She said that price was only for pick up. We showed her that was not true. The website clearly showed the $11.99 price for "in-store". A manager by the name of Jennifer came over and said the same thing, despite us showing her the ad. She said she called the store manger (Ginger) and was told she couldn't override the price. I find it hard to believe she called the store manager when she wasn't on-site. If she did, I find it also hard to believe a store manager would make such a decision without looking at what we showed Jennifer. Bottom line, they lost a sale over $7.98 when we were not asking them to do anything special; just use logic and realize their system wasn't ringing up correctly based on their advertisement. I've attached a screenshot of the advertisement as proof of our claim.We will buy sodas from anyone else but Walgreens after this experience.

Walgreens is my go to for a quick run in and grab any kind of over the counter medicine. This location is so easy for me to pop in and pop out for anything. I occasionally run in for my boss too- easy to run right over and back. I always love running through the seasonal aisle too and checking out the clearance section- as you never know what goodies you can find.

As a soon-to-be-pharmacist, I felt inclined to write about my experience thus far with this Walgreens, especially after seeing all the negative reviews. We are in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. The entire world is in a frenzy and everybody is trying to get their affairs in order. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are working so hard to meet the demands of society right now, and this Walgreen's pharmacy has far surpassed my expectations in terms of wait times and customer service. I have been utilizing their drive-thru window to stay away from crowds and it was not a surprise to see that there were several cars ahead of me. Long wait times? Duh. This is anticipated during a worldwide pandemic. When I finally pulled up to the window, I noticed the cashier from the FRONT of the store was assisting in the pharmacy. Way to adapt! Kudos to this Walgreens.

Go elsewhere for you prescriptions. I dropped a prescription refill on a Sunday, the girl looked at it and said 30minutes. So I came back in 30 minutes, at which point she then informed me they don't have my prescription drug but I could buy the Walgreens brand for four times the price. She said mine would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday comes I go back to Walgreens sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes get to the counter and they still don't have my prescription. The guy now tells me Friday it will be delivered. I asked if the Walgreens on Hodges has it. He says the Juney store may have it but he can't Check because the phone is down. I then ask where is that store because Google map doesn't show it off Atlantic. He had no idea. Nice. What the heck kind of inventory system do you have?? Thank God this is not a life-saving drug or I would be dead. Fingers crossed they actually have my drug on Friday, at which point I will be finding a new pharmacy

This is potentially the SLOWEST Walgreens I have ever been to!! Dropped off my prescription last night while I finished up some holiday shopping, THREE HOURS LATER it still wasn't ready for pickup. I am writing this review while waiting in line at the pharmacy. Came inside because the drive through line was wrapped around the building but it's a mess inside as well!! Won't be coming here any time soon!!

Oral surgeon ordered pain medication by telephone immediately following procedure. We arrived at store 30 minutes later. Surgeon had the confirmation of the pharmacy personnel who took the order, but they denied ever receiving the order. Very bad situation. Can’t say I’ll ever use them again.
