The WORST Pharmacy ever- ZERO CUSTOMER SEVICE SKILLS. do not expect them to do anything above the minimum IF you can even get them to accomplish that. Patient Satisfaction training desperately needed. This Pharmacy is walking distance and I now choose to drive 6 miles to next closest.

Terrible. I went to use the FedEx services they offer at their location. After standing there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me, I was then told that they can't log into their fedex account to ship my package that was prepaid. Why offer a service if you don't have access to it?

This is a great Walgreens, the staff is so nice and the store has the feeling of a boutique in the neighborhood. The store manager, Adam, is so helpful and actually will get things in from other locations for you. During Covid, everyone is masked and upbeat. The pharmacy is very busy, but they always make sure that you are taken care of and understand your prescriptions. Wendy is the head of pharmacy and is extremely caring. I'm glad to say this is a constant and not a one time occurrence. Cheers to neighborhood stores, a harkening back to those good old days.

The pharmacist at this location has tested positive for COVID-19 yet the store didn't miss a beat! They didn't close the store, warn the customers or quarantine the co-workers. Thanks Walgreens for your non-support of the customers and employees!!

I used to be a die hard Walgreens shopper, all my prescriptions and OTC meds and first aid supplies were all bought at Walgreens. Now- I have been woke and see that they are one of the most expensive for rx medications and only go to a Walgreens for convenience. In this case I was grabbing sterile non-stick gauze pads, wrapping gauze & triple antibiotic ointment for wound care. I dropped $30 on the products- anticipating needed a lot I bought all the largest containers. I anticipated higher prices- but this location is a block from my work, relatively easy in and out. While not my go to anymore- I still appreciate the occasional pop in for medical needs.

As of this evening, given my experience with this location, I will no longer be a Walgreens customer. Will be transferring my preferred pharmacy elsewhere. I called 2 hours before closing and spent over 30 minutes on hold listening to the same song. It finally occurred to me that no one was going to pick up. I tried to call back and reach ANY store employee, and same story. My daughters Rx was supposed to be refrigerated, but the label with that instruction was folded over on itself and stuck over the same instruction on the bottle. My fault for not being more diligent, absolute fail on the pharmacy's part. At the time of pickup they told me at 1 pm (2 hours after the doctors call) that it would be a 15 minute wait. At 2 pm they told me it would be another 15 minutes. I get it, but they're also not handling bubble gum and soda back there. Well-being is at stake, and this location apparently cannot be relied on.

This is my local Walgreens drugstore and deserves a few props! Very awesome to have 2 Redbox kiosks here that are accessible 24/7! We have had great experiences with our holiday cards at Walgreens photo shop as well as passport photos. Love the size of the place which makes it easy to get in and get out for various sundry items! Most importantly, when all other stores close for the holidays you can always rely on Walgreens to be open and help calm the mayhem of last minute frantic shoppers!

Requested to fill a prescription for my daughter on Monday. Was told it was unavailable but they they would have Tuesday morning. Came back Tuesday morning and it still wasn't available. Cam back Tuesday night and was told it was on backorder and they needed to contact the doctor for a substitution. They should have found it was on backorder when it was first requested. But they missed it and my daughter is at least two days delays getting treatment .

I am now 9 months pregnant and for 7 of those months had to wait for prenatal vitamins to be filled as they were never in stock(even when I put myself on auto refill)...my doctor switched my prescription because of how frustrating the interaction got and now last month and this month, they are still out of stock in this new brand...the automated system always confirms when it will be ready and I don't find out til I go to pick it up that it won't be ready for another couple o

Today at Walgreens on Hodges. After 3 hours of hard work outside, I felt a lot of cramps coming on. Already had 2 Gatorades, 2 waters, and 2 bananas. So I ran up to Walgreens on Hodges. Once I got inside, everything spasmed out. Fingers, toes, abs, back, legs, etc. 5 Walgreens employees took care of me. They called 911, got aspirin, took my blood pressure and temp, opened my pedialyte, ran to my car for my phone, got me a chair, and even were drying me down with brown paper t
