Not only did your Manger John got wet but was kind enough to loaded them in my car! That's what you call customer service!! Thank you John!!

Because I don't have my medication is very important. My doctor made a prescription for E script to be filled and Walgreens they don't have any and they supposed to have it within two days after you come in.

While I was visiting my daughter and her family in Connecticut, after imposing a self quarantine for the past 3 years, I got covid-19. The doctor gave me a prescription for an inhaler and called it into the store. Everyone in the store was very friendly and courteous and I picked up my prescription with no problem.

The pharmacy is not going to make any effort. There was some confusion about my prescription and they insist my Dr. must call them. Except... they don't answer the phone. I'm not sure why they think my Dr. would wait on hold for 20-30 minutes. When I asked if the pharmacy could call my Dr., I was told they only communicate via fax (lol, Walgreens we are no longer in the 80's!). I'm guessing I have no choice but to send my prescription somewhere else.

I can only speak for the Pharmacy area and my experience was great. I made an appointment through the Walgreens App to get a flu shot at this location and the process was easy. I arrived about 12 minutes early and filled out my vaccine paperwork. One person was ahead of me waiting to get the COVID-19 vaccine and they were in and out in less than 1 minute. I was called back next. They have what I want to say is an office space/storage area? Other Walgreens I've been to have a portable, closed off area for shots so I was surprised by this. The pharm tech was courteous, stuck me, and slapped the coveted red Walgreens bandaid on the shot area. In less than a minute I was out of there. I think I rather come here than other places to get all the vaccinations I need.

This is the worst pharmacy. My insurance says I have to use Walgreens. So far in the few years I've been with this pharmacy the following have happened: 1. They have lost rx's from our doctor's office on not only me, but my husband and mother in law. On me multiple times. I checked with our doctor's office each time and their records show they sent them. And each time this has happened most are filled but they can never explain what happened to the one not filled. 2. Everytime I come in to pick up rx's the person assisting me stops to help someone else behind the counter. No excuse me for a moment, no apology, nothing. Today the man who was helping me stopped 3 times!!! The pharmacist acted like it's no big deal. She claims they all multitask all day. But she doesn't seem to understand that the customer who is standing there is the one who gets the shaft...what should have taken a few moments takes your customer's time by atleast double. I've seen other customers complain at different times...so this only falls on deaf ears. 3. I'm signed up for receiving texts when my rx's are ready. It's a 50/50 chance I get a text each time. Sometimes I get them for one or 2 but never for all so I have to call and verify if it's been filled since they don't always fill everything sent in. 4. They had people who can hardly speak English. One who couldn't understand me. I get we have a large Hispanic community but if they cannot speak English well how can they help customers? I could keep going on and on but I'm stopping here to call my insurance company to see about why I have to go to Walgreens and not CVS who treats customers correctly. But whoever's manages this Walgreens needs to do a study on this pharmacy without the pharmacy knowing what you're doing. Fix this place.

My wife really likes getting her prescriptions from Walgreens right near our home. They are usually very prompt and call the doctors very quickly when there's a prescription that's about to run out. They contact us by text to let us know the prescriptions are ready. They have a good selection in the store as well. I like the store.

I don't know what it is about this location in particular that is dreadfully behind in the drive through pharmacy department. 1 car will wait 10 minutes at most to receive their scripts. Imagine 4 cars in line, that's 40 minutes by the time the 4th car has made it through. I never had this problem at the Baymeadows Walgreens Pharmacy. I have utilizing this location for 9 months now and severely disappointed in the ability to deliver prescriptions in a timely manner through their drive through. Cars honk to get out of the line because it's painful to sit here waiting. I hope soon they may fill scrips prior to people arriving considering they call to let you know it's ready for pick up.

Their pharmacy policies are confusing and seem arbitrary. The wait times are always longer than CVS.

Very poor customer service. The staff behind the counter was busy chatting away with her friend instead of properly greeting or providing customer service.
