I don't know how it's possible to have next to no customers and still manage to have a line form, and yet every time I come here, it happens. They have the same slowest cashier( she is a middle aged Indian lady) possible on the register that constantly needs help and direction from other staff/ managers that clearly HATE being bothered by her. Literally almost every single customer, there's a delay because she doesn't know how to either complete the transaction, or has a question. The Pharmacy staff however are amazing and nice and have nothing to do with my other statements.

Clean & friendly service. Normally easy in and out. They are getting a poster machine soon too. Can't wait. Flu Shots started early. Uninsured & Under insured can get for free. Most insurances cover flu shots once a year. I'm 50 now time for me to get my shingles vaccine too.

ZERO rating if that were possible here. WHAT a horrid pharmacy. The drive thru is always an adventure & defeats the purpose of a "drive thru". Ugh!! U know it's bad when everyone shuts off their engines or just reach the point in which we simply drive past it if you see at least 2 cars. Get ready. Unlike CVS, these people at Walgreens DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOU when u get to the window. No, they take that as an opportunity to buy themselves another 5 minutes before they pick up the phone simply to say "we'll be right with you" - literally every single time. THAT'S 2nd opportunity to let you sit there and wait some more (most times you look in and there's no one at the desk so that's not the reason foe the wait). Then once they finally get around to making you worthy of their time, they move in slow motion like you're getting a paycheck for killing time alongside them. Ugh!! This is at EVERY SINGLE VISIT. & don't get me started on the excessive emails & texts sent reminding you that your prescription is ready or they can't be bothered to f/u with your dr to obtain clarification. When drs send faxes they rarely say they receive them. Seriously? Is it going into a black hole? CVS follows up, acknowledges you the second you drive up & receives faxes. Etc. mental stress every single visit. The attitude could use some adjustments. Without customers you would be unemployed. If you can't "people" get a different job!!!

Received a notification that my prescription was ready and I went two hours later because they are never ready at this Walgreens. Go to drive through and wait 45 minutes in line outside. Finally get to the window and then I have to repeat myself over again as they are incompetent. Only go there as the insurance forces us there.

So my boyfriend placed an order online to pick up some photos for me last night, and the order stated that it would be ready the next morning at 9:05. He called an hour prior to picking up the pictures to ask if they could rotate the picture vertically before printing it. When he got there, there was nobody at the photo center and the employees that WERE there didn't know anything about the pictures nor were they even close to being ready. Over this location.

The pharmacy is the least responsive, it seems. They NEVER have anything ready. They will tell you to come back in 30 minutes. So I do in an hr. Still, with the extra time, they tell me to come back in 30 more minutes. I often have to make 3 trips to the store to get my meds! I call ahead too, just to make sure...and they say they will be ready but they never are. One time! I got very upset. Dr faxed in a script. I drove direct to the pharmacy to pick up as very sick. Pharmacist said, "With faxed dr scripts, we do NOT have to fill those until an hour, so we still have more time before we have to fill that one. You will have to wait for an hour or come back in an hour. " I said, "But I am right here waiting. Why can't you fill it now? I am waiting". Response was, "Our procedure is that all faxed scripts from drs can wait at least an hr before we must fill them. " This is just RIDICULOUS! They need much better pharmacists and techs. They act like they simply do not care some times. Other times, they work to help you get a discount price. My refills? ? they are never ready on time either. Always about 3 hours later than time the phone system says it will be ready..

I would give them zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service and communication ever. I've been by THREE times to pick up the same prescription and I still don't have it. I dropped it off and when I returned to pick it up they said “sorry out of stock. We ordered some more.†Second time, I went to pick it up and tech said “I have to print a new label for it and our printer is down. Sorryâ€. Third time I went by (a week later) and they said “it's been put back†and I said “can you get it? I need it tonight†and the tech replied “no. It'll be ready by tomorrow after 11.†“Why can't you fill it? It's 5:30 and you don't close until 6.†“It'll be ready tomorrow after 11.†Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! I guess they don't work the last 30 min of the shift!

Service is always with a Smile, the Pharmacy could use some help along with speeding up prescription filling time.... It's an exhausting half day on walking in filling scipts!
