For the phone system, dial 1 for English, 2 for NO to COVID, 1 for the pharmacy, and say \\\"more options\\\", then \\\"another question\\\" and eventually, if the person who is manning the phones doesn't hang up on you (because there is ONE GUY who hangs up on everybody [nope, those ladies know what they are doing]), you will get to talk to someone in the pharmacy. Get them to ship it, if you aren't being vaccinated. Patience is a virtue; timeliness is professional. I love their snack and sweets multi-buy deals. Their points programs are pointless unless you overspend a lot of money, there.

Pharmacy slow! Called to check on Rx and waited 40min for it to be my turn. When it was my turn they hung up!!! Had to wait another 40min to get anyone. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy waiting all night.

The white lady with all the tattoos in pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude off back. She tried to tell me that my husband didn't have a appointment to take a covid test when he did. Then she tell me that he already was tested and his test is in process. I tried to explaine to her that he was not tested and this was my second time i coming up there less in an hour because my kid and I was tested. I was getting very frustrated and Then she goes to say DON'T GET ALL GHETTO. when I tell you I was so upset. She gave my husband the test but we will not be getting paper results we have to call Walgreens and get it on the phone, so we had to reschedule. I really can't believe she said that.

Walgreens no longer has a 24-hour pharmacy in all of Jacksonville. In fact, the closest 24-hour Walgreens pharmacy is in Orlando! Boo to Walgreens!

I went in with my friend to get our prescriptions filled and the lady at the pharmacy was very rude and when it was my friends turn she was sitting down because she had just thrown up on the car ride here and felt dizzy and the pharmacy lady skipped her because she "wasn't in line". We just got out of a carespot and the rude pharmacist is named "Corday". She made us go back in line after we had already been here first and then a nice gentleman let my friend go in front of him because of her condition. "Corday" said she couldn't let my friend go on line first because it was against policy. We just wanted our medicine so we could go home. Sad to say the customers were nicer than the employees.

The worst pharmacy EVER!!! Wait time is horrible to pick up prescription. After prescription is ready you still wait in line for 45min to get. It doesn't matter whether you go inside or drive through. Staff is not friendly at ALL. Had a issue with my son's medicine I wasn't notified and no one contacted the doctors office to try to resolve. Been with out meds for 8 days now.

I have sickle cell disease. My prescription has earliest fill date 3/10/19 so I went around 12a.m. to get it filled and the black lady who is head pharmacist refused to fill it after telling me it was okay to do it. She was so rude! Now I'm stuck sitting in pain until 10 a.m. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! SHE ALSO REFUSED A PATIENT IN FRONT OF ME AS WELL! RIDICULOUS. I WILL NOT RETURN AS A CUSTOMER UNTIL THEY LEARN TO DO BETTER! SAD THAT YALL REJECT PEOPLE AFTER SAYING IT'LL TAKE 45 MINS TO FILL THE MEDICATION. I WILL TAKE THIS TO CORPORATE!

Their pharmacy staff need to be trained in people skills, I stood at the counter 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence! The person servicing the drive thru,walked pass 4 to 5 times not once did she recognize my presence. The pharmacist and another technician saw me standing neither did they acknowledge my presence. Only after the technician servicing the window ask the pharmacist a question she directed her to wait on me. I didn't expect them to stop doing what they were doing to wait on me,but at least acknowledge my presence.

Trying to talk to the pharmacy is a nightmare. it's 11pm and i have been hung up on 3 times now on hold for 15 minutes. All I need is a refill! Come on people.
