Customer service goes a long way, and this location is lacking. Me and my wife went in on a Saturday to inquire about opening a business account. The lady at the front asked us if we had an EIN for the business. No, it is a single member LLC using ssn. She told us that we had to have an EIN to open a business account. After going back and forth with her about having a single member LLC without an EIN, the wife said, "Let's just go somewhere else... Well then, all of a sudden, she can put our names on the list to talk to someone and that maybe they have something that will help us. So, like 10 mins go by, and another gentleman approached us asking the reason for the visit, and we explained again that we want to open a business account for a single member LLC with no EIN..... Well, we can't do that. You need an EIN. So I asked, "So what do single member LLC business owners do for a bank account with no EIN? He said to get an EIN, so then I show him on the Vystar website that it says that as a single member LLC, I can use my own ssn to open an account. He then says well yes we can do that, I guess.... You just told me I couldn't and that I needed an EIN, but now that I'm quoting your website, you change your answer. No, thank you! If you're not willing to do your job, then you don't need my business....

Donna Hamby gave great customer service. I was waiting in line to deposit a bunch of coins and the coin machine was being used by another customer even though she was busy she still took the time to physically count out the quarters and was fast about it. I thank you Donna. Have a great year.

So grateful for coming to this location and meeting Ehab Basilious !He got my car loan cheaper, paid off all my debt in credit card balances and signed me up for a new credit card with a future to help me succeed in improving my credit and potentially buying a house. EHAB, was the BEST. I was In and out in no time. I went in to get my car loan and he helped me out and he was patient. He even stayed late past office hours to make sure I was taking care of. Ehab helped me upon entering the door. I came to setup an online banking for loan issues i was having. Instead he fixed my issues and saved me money from my c.card balance to a personal loan with a much lower % rate. Very happy.

Ehab - has been a Godsend! I got myself into financial trouble and came to speak to him regarding my late loan payment. VyStar paid themselves from another account I have with my daughter. This account is for our rent. Because I had to make up the difference I took money from an out of state bank - which unfortunately put me in negative numbers. This is creating a snowball of insufficient funds for automatic bill pay. I humbly came to Ehab for advice and he knew immediately how to help. I was so afraid of being chastised- but his calm demeanor put me at ease. His idea of refinancing my car to pay OFF the loan was GENIUS in my eyes - something he does every day. Thankfully I was approved (despite my recent mistakes) and I can breathe easier. He was also able to procure a credit card for me - miracle in itself. As I said, Ehab has been a Godsend- and a pleasure to do business with!

I went in today to apply for a small loan. My customer service rep was named Jaylen. She was very friendly and helpful. I was approved and she explained every step of the loan process. Good customer service is hard to come by theses days. VyStar never lets me down. Thank you Jaylen.

Gene, who was a teller, was such a patient person. I had to do a few things in one go and I always feel rushed or hurried along in most places, but not here. On my last visit, Gene made me feel incredibly valued and assured me that he did not mind helping me out with the things I needed to get done, even if it took a bit of extra time.
