Worst customer service!!! App super inconvenient... website same thing... moved to tennessee and trying to change my address from my old come to a new one and they make it impossible for me to change the address asking stupid questions like in what branch i open my account over 7 years ago... so they keep sending mails with my information to my old address where i don't live anymore but they cannot change my address verifying my SOCIAL SECURITY!!! OR MY PHONE NUMBER SENDING ME A TEXT MESSAGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS ITS ABSURD HOW USELESS AND INCONVENIENT THE SYSTEM THEY HAVE SO ANNOYING!!!!

I meet with Sharonna Duncan at the Fleming Island branch to make some changes to my account and get information about a mortgage. She took care of my account changes and put me in contact with a mortgage representative. She was very polite and knowledgeable providing excellent customer service. Such a refreshing experience to have Yasmine W take my call and reciprocate the quality of support I am a big proponent of... I call it the 3 C's. [Communicate / Care / Control].My call to VyStar was to address a difficult life changing event regarding a vehicle my mother had purchased recently.I reached out to VyStar and was greeted with Yasmine W and her engaging professional delivery. We started out our dialog [Communicate] by exchanging pleasantries followed by the purpose of the call, after all the details were provided, Yasmine recognized and showed a genuine concern and understanding [Care] of the situation and provided what steps would be required to ensure that my request (for guidance) were met, to boot, Yasmine W provided a comprehensive explanation of what steps are required and what steps will transpire from each objective being met and what timeframes each of these processes would take.Yasmine not only provided the verbal information but followed this up with an email with the very details to ensure there were no misunderstanding [Communication & Control - the outcome].Yasmine not only demonstrated her professionalism, but her expertise in policy and shared these detail with what is best visually described as A SMILE ON HER FACE.Considering the situation and potential negative impact this could have on my mother if I did not reach that right person that has the "IT" factor to address the challenge.It was truly a delightful conversation and again demonstrated professionalism and confidence that one in the Customer Support industry appreciates in return.With that, Yasmine W impressively hit all of the 3 C's that I am a proponent of "Communicate" which goes both ways / which includes listening intently, taking notes, repeating in their words the purpose of the call, "Care" about the situation, demonstrate that you are putting yourself in there situation and would expect to be treated with understanding and by doing so, seek a good outcome, take "Control" of the situation to provide the best possible outcome and/or solution within your powers [Empowerment].Again major Kudo's to Yasmine W - for your guidance through this rather difficult challenge.Jose SVP Customer Service & SupportRosetta Technologies CorporationTampa FL

My husband and I walked into Vystar today to establish a checking account. Nefertiti helped us out. She was kind and so helpful! She explained the benefits of being a credit union member and is going to inquire for a better interest rate for our home on wheels. Thanks Nefertiti!

The downtown branch is always the most pleasant branch to visit and today's service went above and beyond. The credit truly belongs to your employee Luna Cross! She made my visit such a pleasure. Her professionalism and customer service are absolutely amazing. I went for a simple deposit and she took the time to notify me of an interest rate increase on my Vystar credit card. She immediately proceeded to offer me a solution to combat the increase with a low interest rate loan that would lower my monthly payments right in time for the holidays. Ms. Cross is an incredible employee and Vystar is lucky to have her.

If I were to rate on credit maven Yasmine Walthour alone, it would be 5 stars all day! Speaking with her greatly improved my customer experience. Yasmine had fantastic financial advice for me, offering many current and future avenues for making the most of my resources. If you're feeling unsure about your membership, do not hesitate to go to a branch and speak with somebody, you might be surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful staff can be.

I had a poor experience at my VyStar Wabash location 11/08/2023. So I went downtown to the VyStar Headquarters branch office. And they helped me up and beyond. And we were right on the money that the text I showed them wasn't from "VyStar" like I was told at the Wabash location of VyStar. A Senior Relationship Specialist helped me at first at the Downtown location. She gave no negative attitude towards me in the Main building of Vystar Headquarters. Then she asked me to tell my story to the Branch VP and I told him how I felt with the Wabash location and how they really wanted to just get me out of the line and on my way. I have been a member of VyStar for over 25 years. I have never been treated so poorly from a branch like Wabash in my life. The Downtown Branch saved my account by treating me with respect first and foremost.
