Kay was VERY VERY HELPFUL!!! Someone told me they couldn’t accept my card and she helped me and actually tried my card before saying that she couldn’t use it. I was soo mad and she helped me calm down and made my morning AMAZING!!! I love Kay!!!!

Saul is an amazing young man, very professional, speaks clearly, very good listener and know his job because he is well versed with VyStar products which I can appreciate. Saul compliments his colleagues and I see he is an all around educated teller. I thank him for his patience and respect he exhibits especially to older people. On December 4, 2023, I was assisted by Vystar’s Relationship Specialist,Ms. Tasha Peterson, in helping me with some account issues. In today’s society it has been declared that ‘customer service’ is dead. I can say in all earnestness that Ms. Peterson truly disproved this statement and proved that all customer service is not dead.She provided the most helpful, kind, and proficient assistance and she did it with finesse. Went in with my son to open up a checking and savings account . A very friendly and professional representative name Kelli Donald assisted us. She was very polite and helpful and made sure that we felt welcomed. She was very knowledgeable about all promotions and incentives that Credit Union had to offered. Awesome service

I set up for auto draft on my charge card to at least pay the minimum amount due just in case when I always pay off whatever balance at the end of each month. I had some emergencies going on I got an alert saying payment missed. My first thought is that's impossible cause I have auto draft as a back up. My score dropped. I'm looking to buy a house. I went in the rep told me her supervisor stated that there was nothing they could do it's my responsibility to make sure payment is made that was the purpose of setting up the auto draft. I've heard complaints from others just thought they were poor with their finances.

Sat in drive thru line 30 minutes being third car in a line. Vehicle at front of line sent "tube" back like 8 times. At what point do you ask an individual to come inside the bank as that is too much to take care of in the drive thru? This occurred 10/07/23.
