I have a Volkswagen Tiguan, we went by appointment, we thought the service would help, we made an appointment online, because the check engine light came on, I went an hour early because it was raining so as not to be late, I went in to ask if they would accept me earlier, the girl said that the service workers had been home for a long time, you should have come in the morning, I tell her that I have an appointment at 4:45 PM, she says our worker works until 1 o'clock, so you need to re-schedule, Volkswagen employees, what's going on with you, people shouldn't come to you as you like, but you should serve them. When the people have time, you are the one selling the car, you should serve the people, you turned your job into something like you are the owner, you did it. So the people are to blame.

Our car buying experience with Frank was so enjoyable and cannot recommend enough. After having an awful experience with a competitor we called Frank and he handled us extremely well. If you need a car Frank is your guy!

KD and Brianna were so patient and helpful. They worked me and allowed me to test drive a few cars without any issues. I finally decided on a new atlas and i am very happy with my suv and the amazing services from both KD and Brianna

The wife and i were trying to decide on a commuter car and popped into the OP VW dealership. We were introduced to KD our sales manager. After test driving the Jetta we decided to buy. KD was awesome as he worked with us to get the price and color car we were looking for. I have bought a few cars in my lifetime, but KD is one of the best i have come across. So thanks KD for the help!!!!!

Allan is also a great service advisor. I get great custermer service every time I go. They always do a good job on my car.
Natalee Chatfield is the best Service Advisor I have ever had. She goes out of her way to make sure my car is taken care of. Always letting me know the status and calls me when part are in to schedule my appointments. Always a good easy hassle free experience. She gets 5 Stars. Excellent Customer Service.

Over aggressive sales people, I stopped by one time and gave my contact info and was told I wouldn’t be spammed when I asked lol. I’ve received four messages from ‘Sarah’ about their ‘clear the lot event’ in the last 16 hours. It feels desperate. Def think you can negotiate some good prices tho :)

Came in late on a Saturday afternoon. Ray took great care of us and got us the vehicle we wanted at a good price. Brianna stayed late to make sure the financing was handled. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

I just recently brought a Volkswagen Atlas. Frank Dones was my salesman and he was phenomenal during the entire process. The car I initially wanted was not available so he found me something that was similar. I actually liked that car better than the one I initially wanted. I am very happy with the service that I received. Frank did an amazing job.

Advertised prices online are not what are shown when you start to discuss numbers, nor are online trade in numbers. Sales computer breaker tripped, shutting down the system, further delaying the process. They were able to meet at a reasonable offer. I don't feel the sales manager worked to get me a decent APR. I did purchase a brand new 2024 GTI as there was no other dealer with what I wanted. First dealership I've purchased from to deliver a brand new car with an empty tank of gas. I was ready to leave so I just went with it.

I took my vw beetle convertible to be repaired….something happened that was not correct but this Volkswagen dealer made it right which I appreciate. My husband and I walked in the service area very pissed off and were greeted by Natalie Chatfield who handled the situation extremely well and deescalated the situation with her excellent people skills and even a few days later when I picked up my beetle she remembered my name she is very impressive. Also I would like to thank Mr G one of the assistant managers who corrected the mistake on my beetle

Updating my original review from 4 stars to 5. I recently had an issue that needed to be handled immediately. While closer VW dealerships couldn't see me, this dealership was more than accommodating. They went out of their way to help and ensure I was safe. Shout out to Alan as my service advisor. He treated me like family.
They also always have better service appointment availability and are consistently less expensive than surrounding dealerships. I will only use Jack Hanania's VW of Orange Park in the future!

They have false advertising that says everybody rides regardless of credit and 0 dollars down made my appointment went In and was turned down because of my credit then I said it was false advertisement so a manager came out asked me for copy of my paystub so he can send it to the bank then came back asking for a down payment of $3000-5000 dollars down very bad business I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody
