Always the best service here. I look forward to my visits because I know they’re going to give me the best care. The ladies up front are such a delight and are always giving compliments. Dr. Dorado is such an angel. I always enjoy our conversations and how sweet she is during my exams.

I come to Visionworks for my yearly eye appointment. I didn’t have to wait long to be called back after check in for the eye tests or to be taken to the exam room. Dr. Grace is thorough in her assessment and recommendations. I also purchased my glasses here, and staff is always courteous and patient. I was even able to get my work safety goggles fixed during this visit. Absolutely fantastic!

Diana Alex and dr knabb are exceptional!!!!!! Feels like a family office and comfort visit like the golden days! I really appreciate visiting here! I live out of state and always make my appts to come back when I am in town just to visit and keep coming here!

Very nice facility! Everyone was welcoming and super-friendly. I was seen promptly and all the initial paperwork/tests were handled with professionalism and just a soothing atmosphere. The doc is top-notch! I have extensive issues with both eyes….she took time to read all the notes from my specialists and really grasped my situation. She took time to explain what she found and how her work will compliment the other eye docs I see. What a refreshing experience for a grumpy old man!

Patience , friendly , amazing customer service , knowledgeable… just a few of the reasons why I love seeing Dr. Grace Dorado. She is the best eye doctor I have ever been to and she helps me with all my vision needs and has been just a phone call away when I needed to call and get in quickly when I was having an issue. My whole family sees her and has followed her over the years due to her professionalism and kindness. She is always so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Thank you !

Fantastic service ALL around! They got me in for an appt ASAP, exchanged contacts (unopened) for another brand with no question, free follow up exams, great service when trying on glasses and ordering them! Doctor is wonderful! Highly recommend! ?
