Ordered 2 pair of safety glasses on 8 January, promised arrival on 22 Jan. 1 pair arrived on 25 January. 2nd pair still not delivered. I have talked to several employees. I cannot get a straight answer, and 3 different employees have promised to call me back, which never happens. Excuses is all I receive, too busy, lab won't answer, etc etc. This will be my last visit to the regency store.

wow, I am loving my new glasses. I can see really well. I can see the computer screen I can see little writing. My glasses are perfect and the customer service was wonderful. Thank you Visionworks.????????

I absolutely love the service that I received at Visionworks Ms.Kamille is absolutely the best she made my visit there very easy comfortable understanding going over everything that I needed to know as far as helping me I love the service 100%

My mom went in to get two sets of glasses, but has limited English. However, she was able to get across what she wanted. They even had a Spanish speaking staff member confirm what she desired for the new, expensive glasses. However, on the day to go get her new glasses, she did not get what she wanted, at all, and on top of getting her glasses wrong, she was made fun of, and was laughed at by the rude receptionist. Claiming "it was the translator's fault" for getting it wrong! I was not able to help out that day as I was at work, but She came home upset and frustrated, and explained to me what happened. She was more upset at the fact, the lady was laughing at her and her situation, instead of being helpful and trying to come to a resolution. As the store was closed, by the time I made it home, there was nothing I could do. And as her son, it makes me feel terrible that just cause there was a language barrier, my mom couldn't properly defend herself, and was given the least amount of courtesy, and was made fun of. Very shameful for this unprofessional employee to simply say: "it is what it is" and lack of care for people, especially for spending half a grand on glasses. Wouldn't want anyone's parents to feel like this! So I'm writing this review to shed light on the matter. Consumer Warning.

I travel from St Augustine - the Doc and staff are great. The price of the glasses and contacts seems a bit high to me. They used to have coupons to help, but not for several years.
