I called Victor's the morning after I hit a concrete post, denting and dislocating the rear quarter panel of my CRV and destroying the lens cover. Robert advised me I could send in pictures or stop by for an estimate. I went by at lunch (same day), and he not only ordered the replacement lens, but also asked if I had a few extra minutes, proceeded to pop the quarter panel back in place and spent a solid 20 minutes heating the plastic and pulling the dent out. He told me they would need about an additional hour and a half to install the lens once it arrived...with a total cost barely over $100. I was FLABBERGASTED; I expected to spend that amount on just the lens. Highly recommend, obviously honest and kind, communicative (called and left message to report lens arrival and schedule installation), timely, flexible, and fiscally prudent!!! My lens was installed today, and you'd NEVER know I hit a post...THANK YOU, VICTOR'S BODY SHOP!!

This shop is a gem. My experience is very limited. I stopped in today with a minor scratch and a loose taillight from a gentle encounter I had with my husbands truck and a fence. ;). Robert was so professional and honest. He tightened the light and offered advice on a DIY solution to the scratch. All at no charge. I will definitely return to this shop whenever I need a auto body work from an business with high integrity. Thank you!

I stopped in a few weeks ago, without an appointment, because my van was scraping the ground with every turn. They were professional, kind and I was back on the road in 30 minutes with everything fixed! I will definitely be back in the future.

Low prices and awesome work. I have used this shop since the late 1990s when Victor ran the shop. It has now passed on to his son Robert who is just as AMAZING as his father. There is always courteous and fast service. This is my forever body shop.

Excellent experience with Victors Body Shop. My estimate was delivered right when I needed it and I was able to get my car in to be fixed quicker than I expected. I appreciated the owners thoroughness in helping me understand the breakdown, timelines, and expenses. I will be coming back if I need to although I hope I never do! Highly recommended, 5 stars excellent service!

If you're looking for a professional, fair-priced, and reputable body shop, look no further. Victor's staff is kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. This is a really good place to deal with. My wife's car needed a new bumper skin including paint, and a side mirror painted. As a consumer I can say it was a really good experience. Bumper fit was good, and the paint work matched perfect and looked great. They took the car when they said they would take it, and the job was done when they said it would be done.. and as of this writing, they have some Saturday hours to boot. Price? It didn't feel overpriced, so I am guessing it was not. Based on my experience, I recommend them.

The best in Jax. I was quoted an outrageous price just to put a door handle on my driver's side. I just went there after they were recommended from a friend. Put the part on right away.. didn't take 5 minutes. Didn't charge me a thing. They have my business and anybody I can send to them. After the fiasco with Covid everybody started charging ridiculous prices. Its nice to know some people are still being considerate. God Bless Victors Body Shop!!!
