“PHENOMENAL vet care! Dr. November is FANTASTIC. My sister's dog was injured on a Saturday morning within an hour of them closing and they waited for us to get there from our home on the Northside in order to help us. They are so thorough and upfront about costs. One of the dogs had to have several procedures with having masses removed and also dental extractions and they quoted us for everything and after the procedure, they were upfront about not having to do some of the extractions because it wasnt necessary. The difference ended being significant, almost $700 in savings. I know my old vet never would have been upfront like that with us. Will always recommend them!”

“This clinic was very reasonable, and friendly. The inside is also cute and clean. I am so happy I was able to find this place and get my dog treatment. The secretaries, technician and Veterinarian made us all feel comfortable and were able to accommodate to our needs. The best part of our visit was that they were able to price match medicine found online. This saved me a lot of trouble, because some medication can be astounding in price and was unaffordable. Overall, I will continue to bring my pets here for their care.”

“They are great with our pit mix that gets a bit scared at the vet. We recently got our dog treatment for a skin allergy/irritation that was making her non-stop itchy and uncomfortable. The shot we brought her in for worked immediately and she’s no longer itching herself all the time and now she’s so much more relaxed and happier.”

“The exotic bird hospital is amazing! Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I brought a sweet canary with a crooked beak (from my work) and the vet did a wonderful job shaping it up! Also, their prices are fairly reasonable for an exotic vet. They also sell bird toys, perches and food for really good prices! I was able to purchase this cage through making a donation, and adopt the canary (and his buddy) from my work! Thanks again Exotic Bird Hospital”

“Dr.N, Kat, Caroline and Kristen are the BEST! (No offense everyone else Kristen you always make us laugh/feel better even in tough situations). The entire staff listens to your concerns, keeps your budget in mind as much as possible, works you in last minute almost always when there is an emergency (as there always is in this large elderly pet household) and truly cares about the patients and their patients people. 10/10 recommend. “Extremely thankful and grateful for the entire kind staff here. They were there for me recently in a desperate time of need. I have my kitty scheduled for her spay and while I’m nervous for the surgery I do trust them after multiple visits with my dog and cat. I know they love animals and are in the field for the right reasons. It can be busy, loud, and a long wait in the waiting room but it’s worth it and they have fair and reasonable costs. You can be seen the same day but appointments are better :)

“Outstanding care. For context, we moved down to Jacksonville about a month ago from out of state. Our dog had an illness that progressed over the night on Friday. I called Saturday morning to see if they could see our little guy and they managed to squeeze him in that morning. I’m sure they were back to back booked but they could tell I was really worried and made time to see our guy. From the staff, vet techs, and the vets, everyone was kind and explained everything we needed to know to care for our guy. I can’t say thank you enough to them for all their compassion and help!! It wasn’t how we planned it, but I feel like we found a permanent vet already ?”
“We used Care Pet Animal Hospital to get our rabbits teeth trimmed. We felt that it was the best first vet visit we had ever had for our rabbit. The dr checked him over more thoroughly than any of the past vets we had visited. We will definitely be returning.”
“Today I brought our cat in for her annual checkup and shots/license. Tigger is an American Bob Tail who was a feral cat rescued as a kitten by our son and granddaughter. He has been with us for about 4 years. He is doing great and the care of this office is very important to his health. Dr. Gennetteis great with him has always been great weather it is checkups or emergency visits. Also today her two techs, Kendall and Ari were very patient and compassionate towards Tigger. This service is the norm demonstrated at this clinic. Amber and the others at the front desk are outstanding and second to no other receptionist groups around. As a retired Marine Corps Officer I both appreciate and can identify competence and professionalism which are both evident in this clinic. “Intake staff were very kind, as my rescue dog has severe separation anxiety. They also gave me very helpful advice about what to watch as he recovered from the procedure. The bill was explained in advance, and the final bill was $40 less than the initial estimate. Everyone at this clinic is kind, courteous, and compassionate. They treat each of my fosters with a consideration that is much appreciated. Update: they helped me without an appointment and charges were minimal for injections and multiple Rx required to treat my senior rescue dog’s ‘surprise’ infection.”
