Literally the worst place you can take your dog to. Had an appointment at 2:30PM. Office is still closed. Supposed to come back from lunch at 2 FYI. Lady comes in at 2:40 acting like nothing happened and is very inconsiderate. She went the extra mile to torment my dog by making him stand on the scale for way too long just to spite me since I gave her the weight already but she NEEDED TO SEE IT CLEARLY while he’s obviously nervous and is trying his best to stand still. She then put me in a room for an additional 15 min just waiting on a tech and I literally hear everyone laughing inside the office. Boiling with frustration, I knock on the door for some other disrespectful lady to come out and say that they were having a meeting. What meeting is held while you literally have patients waiting for 30 min because you were late from coming back from lunch?If you care about your dog, DO NOT TAKE HIM THERE. I will not be coming back.

Front desk is unprofessional. Kept us waiting for 15 minutes when we arrived for an appointment and then told us they were busy and would have to cancel/reschedule us.They’ve moved our appointments around many times. Find an actual vet if you value your time.

I would give zero stars if I could! They are literally lying and saying my daughters cat can’t be treated do to him freaking out. She brought him in totally calm and they turned he away with expensive meds. We gave him the meds and brought him back without her because they claimed owners make them nervous ?. Again he was totally calm with me ,a person he doesn’t know, and he’s sedated. This time same story turn us away even though he’s totally calm. This vet seemed nervous even though me and the cat were totally calm. I guess they hired a vet who is afraid of cats. Now they want us to pay to have him sedated? What a scam!

Easy appt. Had a coupon for first visit. Very nice vet techs and staff. The vet was nice.I didn't like them taking the dog to the vet without me. Lacks transparency. Vet checked my dog and advised what medication was being prescribed but had no answers really to why the dog had the condition, no insight on what to do in the future and no information about why the dog was bleeding. I felt like I left with no answers ?...just medicine. I was the last appointment of the day. Maybe they were just trying to go home. If the dog is bleeding in an unusual place, I would think that at minimum, blood tests would be the thing to do. At minimum....a cbc? The only reason I came here was because I can get in pretty easily but I also feel it was a waste of money. Then they had called me to schedule a follow up. A follow up for what? For my extra money. No. Thank you. I gave it two stars for the ease of appointment, the coupon, and customer service. Other than that...not coming back.

Don’t take your pets here. They are so rude there. We’ve had many issues with them being rude and today was the final straw. They over charge for all services and super unorganized. They tried telling my husband that our dog didn’t have a heart worm test without even looking at his records. If you want your pets well taken care of, go somewhere else.

convent but not a fan... i came in with my puppy for a runny nose and dr brown did not want to touch him “just in case he’s contagious” i’m sorry you are a vet and are around sick dogs and cats all the time?

My dog Georgia and I always have a wonderful experience here, thanks to Shea! I trust her and the team with Georgia and know they will always take good care of my fur baby. Shea deserves a raise for the level of service and care she provides! I would recommend this location for all vet needs.

Missed my appt time by mistake but they still fit me in. Made me and Trouper feel comfortable. Switching from current vet to Vetco.
