Julian helped me and my mother while I was looking to upgrade my iPhone to a 15 pro max. I was unsure of which phone I wanted at first and he was very well informed and kind. He was a very good conversationalist while we were waiting for my data to transfer over and gave us information on the importance of a good charger. Amazing employee. I will definitely come back to this location.

This Verizon store was the best. I went in with some software issues and they gave me options to repair my phone or upgrade! They were both so kind. It was quick and respected my time. I highly recommend stopping in if you need anything!

I went to this Verizon Authorized store on 8520 Baymeadows Rd, Unit 2, Jacksonville, FL, 32256. I purchased a new iPhone with a new line. The store ordered the wrong phone first. That order was supposed to be cancelled. I ASKED when I went to pick up the new phone if that order was cancelled bc it was still appearing on my Verizon account. I was told the order was cancelled and ported my niece’s number over. I’m not sure what happened or WHY the sales rep opened two lines on my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!! I did not ask for two lines of service. My phone bill has SKYROCKETED due to this additional line that was added. Thankfully, a nice customer service rep was able to disconnect the phone line when I called concerned about a $1,200 phone bill I had! I will NEVER go into another Verizon store to purchase anything and only purchase from the website going forward. I was hoping to have the phone in time for Christmas which is the only reason why I went to the store. I am PISSED bc this has cost me unnecessary money. It took me months to figure out why my phone bill was now $100 more. DO BETTER!!!!

I thought I was dead. I foolishly deleted my entire first page of 30 most important icons. I was literally dead. Then. Fortunately I had the good fortune to find Darius and Jason in the verizon on baymeadows in the river city and voila, they worked their magic rejuvenated my verizon galaxy phone to it's prior usability. 5 stars, super duper, top of the line, aces. Kudos to Darius and Jason. The next I need to buy another phone or am in desperate need of Tech assistance, i am driving from west palmbeach again to see Darius and Jason. Verizon should at least double their salary and use them as the model of expert and friendly for all other verizons shop. Please feel free tp.contact me personally for more details

Went in to get a new phone today, and Darius helped me out quickly, and ended up actually saving money on my bill after the phone purchase. Couldn't have been a better experience.
