Douglas was an amazing help with our upgrades. He was informative on prices and didn’t pressure us on any of the deals. It was an easy process to get an upgrade on our phone and watch. It was like chilling with a friend honestly. Highly recommend going here if you don’t want to feel the pressure of sales talk.

Douglas was absolutely AMAZING! Shopping for a new car and a new phone is my two least favorite things, however, Douglas made the experience pleasurable. He is very patient, kind and thorough. My husband and I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to do business with Verizon.

Robert was amazing! I was having the hardest time justifying getting a new phone and switching, but he was super patient, answered all of my questions, listened to me blab about life while setting up my phone. Couldn’t have asked for someone better to help me switch!

I traded in an iPhone XR and upgraded my service in our family plan. Douglas was helpful in answering the questions I posed and if he didn’t have the answer he asked the manager. He also offered to find the phone I wanted since the store didn’t have inventory. I was pleased with the service.

Rob and Douglas were amazing! We had TMobile before and weren't getting service. We walked in and they took the time to listen and help! The Customer service we received from these two gentlemen was astonishing. I recommend going to see them if you have questions or looking to switch.

Douglas and Rob! Absolutely phenomenal! Not only was the experience amazing but they were the reason we came to Verizon, I had issues with t-mobile and these two gentlemen helped find a solution and fixed my problems, they provided above and beyond customer service.... I recommend coming everything. We will be back!

Called and first the person answers while they are in mid conversation with someone in the store. It’s a full 8 to 10 seconds before he finally says thank you for calling Verizon.Then, while I’m explaining why I’m calling, he continues his conversation with someone in the store. When I asked if he is speaking to me or someone in the store, he says “both… I do have customers in front of me as well”. When I asked if he can pls focus on my call, he starts into another conversation with someone in the store and it’s another 10 seconds + before he acknowledges me again. Then asks me the same question he originally asked me “how can I help you”!He finally pays attention long enough for me to tell him that my screen is damaged and I’m trying to find out if I have insurance. He then tells me to use my phone to dial *61 to speak to Verizon AFTER he just heard me say my screen is broken and non-operational.Horrible service and most definitely will never use this location.

Lost my phone. Bought a new one and James set it up along with pulling all my info off the cloud. Great customer service. 99 1/2 percent better than the company owned store on San Jose by Chick-Fil-A.

I will not ever buy a phone from you again. False promises on your insurance program. Bad info from your employees. No follow through. James was beyond unhelpful when I went in to see what to do about my phone Monday which said “no sim available”.he said it had a bad sim reader and needed to be replaced. Can’t be repaired. Do you have protection plan? I didn’t know. He said since we couldn’t text my phone he couldn’t help me. I kept asking him what to do. Can we look it up with my husbands phone number? No. “They” need to text you. Kept shrugging his shoulders. He was most unhelpful. Asked if I had Verizon app and I said no and he rolled his eyes.Exasperated, I went home and looked up our plan and we had the protection plan. My spouse, as account owner, went to the store and got the same lackadaisical attitude from James. James said we’d get a replacement phone with no deductible. Wrong! We were not given a claim number or any info on next steps. All we got was a copy of “sworn affidavit and proof of loss”.I ended up calling asurion today, 3 days later, having had no emails or texts about when a replacement would be sent. They had not even processed the claim stating we had to pay the $99 deductible. They said James was wrong, when phone out of warranty you have to pay deductible. Yet if I hadn’t pestered them, I never would have gotten a new phone and I’m still not sure I will. Asurion said UBreakIFix will deliver it tonight but I called them and they told me they don’t deliver new phones, only fix them. Called James desperate for help. He kept telling me to call asurion. I kept telling him I can’t cuz all I get is recording saying my new phone is coming tonight. His fault for not knowing there’s a deductible. He has no ability to empathize.You people sell this insurance plan but when it’s needed, it’s out of your hands entirely. All up to asurion. Your employees should be able to speak to asurion on your customer’s behalf when things aren’t going right with a claim. It’s wrong and it’s a scam. It says on the protection plan sheet we got when purchasing the plan (this same store and Robert sold it to my husband) that you get a new phone the same day if claim done by 4pm. All boxes we checked. I might not ever get a replacement and I’m thinking it will be a piece of garbage. James would hate to be without a phone for 3 days as evidenced by how looking at it takes precedence over customers standing waiting.Warning! Do not buy the ASURION protection plan. Save your money and you’ll have enough to buy a new phone on your own if needed. This phone was only a little over a year old and I take good care of my phone. Now I wonder if it was new to begin with or refurbished. First time I've ever left a bad review on Google.

On vacation in Jacksonville I happened to stop into Verizon and Robert immediately stopped what he was doing to assist me in finding a new phone. Great customer service will definitely stick to Verizon for next couple of decades. Only thing was they gave me a recycled number so the phone doesn't stop ringing. Besides that great job guys
