“Omg Margaritas customer service is OUTSTANDING! She was so knowledgeable about the products and gave me and my husband insight on brands that we never even considered. While we were in line their sales distributor Alex from the Green House came in and gave us even more information and even bought us some products to educate us on the difference in quality of the products we purchased from the ones they provide. I have never been more impressed by a company. They go above and beyond- clean store, bright and welcoming. “Wonderful customer service. I am looking to switch to vaping (vs cigarettes) and she listened to my issues with previous vapes being way too harsh and let me try several until I found a couple that I wanted to buy & try. They have a huge selection of products. And they also have a rewards program where you get one free after buying 10 (over time). So if I make the transition to vaping this will be my go-to spot for sure. Highly recommend!”
“I cannot emphasize enough just how wonderful everyone who works there is! So kind, patient, and helpful. I came in to purchase a Fume vape, but all of the Fumes in the flavor I wanted were duds- I learned they actually sell them at a loss, which is crazy to me!.
So the owner (I believe) recommended his personal favorite- the hookah brand Al Fakher Crown Bar. He let me try it before buying it, and sold it at a discount. It is 1000x better than the Fumes!”
