Rudest pawn shop that I’ve even been to my life They don’t do anything for you all they do is play around with each other offers 5 dollars for a 10k gold ring and necklace very rude customer service. I don’t understand how this store is still running.

My friend Jaren pawned his guitar here for 2 days cause he was hurting for cash. Happens sometimes. Picked it up 2 days after pawning it and the neck was wrapped in plastic. Cause it was BROKE. He called them and was told they don't have cameras in the back and it is what it is. Do NOT pawn anything important to you here.

Don’t waste your time, unless you’re looking for an insult. Offered $40 for Apple Watch 7 on pawn, Cash America gave me $100. This place isn’t there to help, only concerned with how much they can take you for. They prey on people who are in a financial hardship.

I Love going to the Value Pawn on Normandy Blvd. The Manager Kenny is always nice and friendly. I also like his professional knowledge on the quality of the items I'm interested in . And the customer service he gives is great.

October 9th 2023 at 4:00 p.m. I went and bought a 70-inch TV from here the manager helped me load it in the truck and broke it doing so.. with a 24hr warranty I returned it the very next morning October 10th at 9.00 am and was told I was S.O.L they will not give me my money back with the receipt and the same three people was in there as the time of return as the time of purchase
