Thank you Dot for getting my husband and I hooked up with some great deals! I got two 14k gold rings, a 14k gold bracelet, and my husband got a very nice jbl speaker! Got us a good price on everything too & they also fixed the clasp on the bracelet I purchased right then and there. We appreciate it!

Do not go to this place, imagine I go in there to ask for a valuation of a pendant. The lady at the front chooses to tell me that my 14k gold pendant is worth $25 and how much would I be willing to sell it for. I proceed to say not $25, that’s fine you can give me back the pendant and I will sell it elsewhere then starts to argue with me when I say that’s fine. I kept telling her it’s fine, but she proceeds to insist my pendant isn't worth anything and started to get erratic and choosing to try and argue when I just wanted my pendant back. The other staff just stand there and listen to her. Pathetic place, clearly trying to rip people off. DO NOT GO THERE.

This pawn shop has gone from first to worst. They have one inexperienced person who wants to give you 20 dollars for whatever you have. I have pawned the same item at least 3 times at 70 dollars he told me 40 I could have told him something but I just declined his offer. If you are a dope fiend then go get your 20 dollars otherwise stay far away from this place.

I came in and was suppose to do a pick up of items. Soon as I came into door I seen a brand new pair of Air Force ones. I then ended up buying two charms. Let’s just say value pawn is the place to go for great deals and for your money to matter. I’d advise Eric and Kyrsten to anyone coming inside to shop. Customer service was impressive and warming.

This pawn shop is awful, hate that I ever did business with them. They are liable to lose or break your items, and when you try to rectify the situation, they just make up lies to get you out the door and meet you with so much hostility. Every time I came into this location, someone was reporting that items were missing or broken, has happened to me 3 different times. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
