Waited an hour in line

Regular driver is fine but the substitutes and the postmaster/management are all garbage. Filing a complain is useless.

Showed up 10 minutes early for 12:15 passport appointment. Gentlemen comes out at 12:15 and tells us they are understaffed as some people were out and others were on lunch and we would need to wait. Don’t schedule passport appointments near lunch window. Ended up leaving around 12:45.
They charge $15 to take a passport photo on site. If you have a child that can’t sit up, bring a white blanket/background for their photo as it will be taken from the car chair.

Unbelievable that this place is allowed to conduct business under the name of the US Govt. Does nothing but give postal workers a bad name, unfortunately. It has a line out the door, parcel drop off boxes that are locked or jammed so you have to wait on the 1 hour long line or go to another post office miles away to drop off a postage labeled ready piece. No sign of a postmaster to oversee the chaos going on here. Not sure who’s in charge but they aren’t doing a very good job here, sad to say.

Went in for passport absolutely terrible service rude unprofessional and unhelpful barely wanted to answer any questions and kept sending everyone to sit down even when in mid sentence there was an older lady ahead of me she was so sweet just wanted help on how to do things as she was unsure and staff answered her like she was a toddler just no respect what so ever I won't be back rude they need to fire half of these pieces of walking disappointments and put in people who are actually nice and want to help as it's their job and that's what they are getting paid for.

Morning and afternoon always the same, a line that reaches the door, two African-American people serving the public with all their patience and bad character, despite the endless line they do not rush at all, in the passport section only one person to serve, a little more haughty than the two at the counter outside, of course people waiting, due to this due to lack of time I had to return three times to be able to send two priority mail envelopes, a real setback going there.

NEWS, they have fixed the box that was completely down but you would think that the repair person would have noticed the other box was about to fall over too. They fixed one but ignored the other. Maybe it needs to be completely down.

Thank you Tai for being patient with me today. I wasn't able to use the kiosk and you processed nearly a dozen certified pieces of my mail with kindness.
Today, I was reminded of retired postal workers who recently shared their stories at a local chamber of commerce breakfast, highlighting the need for recruitment in the postal system. We often judge staff without knowing their backstory or the system's challenges, including those in the Atlanta, GA market during their best to move mail throughout the Southeast.

I give 5 hearts to Renee, Tai and Patrick who always give kind, compassionate, and great customer service at this very busy location, I frequent a lot! It sure is a beautiful thing to see the 3 of you working in synch but more importantly to see your happiness while you guys' work... it's contagious! Please keep on disregarding the inpatient, crabby, miserable people in line, HAHA and keep on giving 'em Heaven guys!!

20 people in line and one employee up front. Not the first time either, it’s always like this. They lost my package as well.

Lost many package shipped from here. Never have the non machinable stamps in stock I continue to request. Employees know less about shipping requirements than I do.

A package was supposed to be delivered to my home today, with authorized release. The post office just decided that just putting a notice in the mail box sufficed and they would move on their way. Didn’t knock on the door or any notification, since my family was home. Worst delivery service ever. If I need to mail or receive anything, I’ll request it through other services. Never here.
