Someone from THIS office stole something from my Son that his grandfather packaged for him to receive for his birthday and covered it up taping it back up and placing it back into the mailbox with a message saying that more stamps were needed. Liar! Thief! Trust me when I say, you didn’t get away with it.

I've stopped counting at how many times my Mail gets put in someone else's Mail box and vice versa. This is absolutely pitiful and beyond frustrating!

My husband & I always put in a Hold Mail Request if we are going to be out of town for more than 4 days. We have turned in Hold Mail Request cards to the postmaster at the post office & electronically.Over the last 8 years we have turned in about 6 Hold Mail requests. Out of the 6 requests they have held our mail maybe 4 times.The time before last I called them the day before we were to leave in our trip to make sure they received my request, they confirmed my request and held our mail. Yesterday 6/2/23 we got home from a four day trip and even though I put in a request to hold our mail electronically 2 days prior to our trip they did not hold our mail.Everytime they do not hold our mail we make a personal visit to the post office to complain. They really do not have an excuse.If I did my job like they do theirs I would have already been fired.

Not sure ? what's going on but doesn't seem like they can employ any one who can answer a phone ? very frusting especially when you mailed a package from this office at the beginning of the month for a return but have not received anything from the company that they received the return package and it was sent locally .

They will not deliver to my op box and I have hundreds of tracking cases where they did and they will not answer the phone this place should be shut down

Never get my own mail. They had us write our names on a piece of paper and stick it in the mailbox. For what? They don't listen to it. They also deliver mail as they feel like it. Mail vehicle sometimes its a van a mail truck another van didn't even go by yesterday at all. Second day now for my package saying out for delivery. I'm pretty sure they just didn't deliver any mail at all yesterday.

Hands down the BEST post office on the planet. The employees must have worked at Chick-fil-A because they are always pleasant and helpful especially the lady at the counter.

We pickup mail there and we have always got get service from the Staff there, the front counter staff are always smiling and Very helpful, best Postal Station!

First time I had a package lost in 5-1/2 years. I saw the carrier the day after I received an alert that the package was delivered the previous day. I think she delivered it to the wrong house because she admitted that she was in the area at that time but she didn't have anything for our area. I called the post office the next day and spoke with a gentlemen who asked for my name and address so he could look for the package. I never heard from him again. I finally called the company to resend the package.
