I went to my home post office today to ask about a package that I didn't receive. I almost didn't go because I read their reviews which were not good at all so I figured they would not help. My husband convinced me to give them a chance - so I went. I was the only customer there. The lady that helped me pressed the buzzer. I waited. She rang the buzzer again. I waited again. No one ever came out to assist me. The reviews are accurate.

This place annoys me each time i go now…our mailboxes are broken so we have to pick up mail here..i came yesterday because an important package said it was here and being held..get here and neither rep could find it…come back today at 8:45 and it’s no one here and they’re still closed down..they won’t answer the phones..and they’re supposed to be open up front at 8:30..sat there until 9:02 and no one still wasn’t opening.. I guess I will try for a third time tomorrow wasting more time and gas SMH.. This place needs better management with their employees asap

I was just there a half ago for my husband and I was in and out in 2 minutes. The young girl who helped me, couldn't be any nicer. No lines, no waiting. Great service

Every time I come to my home post office I am disappointed. There is always something broken. This is a three day weekend and at 1:30 PM on Saturday the printer in the self service machine was broken. So no one can get stps of print a label all weekend.They definitely lose money every day things do not work. It is embarrassing.

Turtle-paced service for nearly evey visit. One employee typically at the register helping customers. No sense of urgency from the staff. It's best to go out of your way and take your business to a different post office. Both the Beach blvd and Merrill rd location far surpass this regrettable location. If you have nothing better to do then stand in a post office lobby for 20-40 minutes, staring at the backs of other frustrated customers, then by all means, visit Ft Caroline!
