I can't say enough good things about The UPS Store! Bonnie, John, and Eddie are simply amazing. They are the sweetest people you will ever meet, and their customer service is beyond amazing. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction make every visit a pleasure. If you're looking for top-notch service with a personal touch, this is the place to go. The by far is the nicest and most pleasant store ive had the pleasure of doing business with, no matter what it is or when i come into this store the employees always greet the customers and are always helpful no matter how busy the store gets. Customers Service is definitely their strong point.. and i travel across the bridge to come to this location..keep up the Awesome job ?

This was my go-to place for shipping until yesterday. I attempted to return an Amazon pkg w John. He was rude, sarcastic and snide. The owner was at the next cash register and never made eye contact or intervened. They may not make money on Amazon returns, but they lost my business. I can’t imagine how you can be in the customer service industry and treat customers that badly. #NEVERAGAIN
