I work on campus at UNF, and in the past I used the UPS on campus frequently. It was very convenient as I could send things out or return amazon packages by just walking there from my office. I stopped using the campus store a few years ago because the owner/manager was unnecessarily rude to me. I tried again today because I wanted the convenience of it again and also to give a second chance. Today the owner was again quite rude to me for no apparent reason. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint on google. I am doing this because no students should be treated as rudely as I was. I will not ever use this campus location again unless there is another owner/manager.

Susan helped us with a printing job that had to be done ASAP. She couldn't have been more helpful! Her attention to detail was second to none. She went the extra mile for us to be certain that we had the finished product in time. If I could give this store 10 stars instead of 5 I would. Extraordinary professionalism and customer service!

They need to update their hours online, it says on weekdays it closes at 6, came in after work at 5:35 it was closed. Waste of time! Horrible location, the store is hidden in the middle of the university. Find another store
