Ridiculously overpriced. Returned an Amazon item and had to buy a small poly bag for the return… $6 for a 10 cent bag. The prices on supplies are marked way up because of the number of Amazon returns they get. I’m assuming this is why Amazon recommends Whole Foods, Staples or Kohl’s.

They're customer service is puts their competitors to shame. It is the only postal service that I will use and this particular UPS Store is the only one I use. The manager is always friendly, very knowledgeable, handles any situation quickly, respectfully & with a smile. I have worked & trained people for 30 yrs so it's hard for me not see everything about customer service. The associates have been well trained, friendly, proficient & especially patient with customers who aren't good or quick with cellphones & computers (I'm that person). I was having trouble with doing the self-serve return process. I didn't even have to look for or ask for help. A young man named Jaden came up and did everything for me, literally! From scanning the barcode, taking dictation typing my reasons for for returning 4 Amazon items, and bagging them up for me. He explained to me that one was set for a return for another vendor and what the charge was. I panicked and asked if he could change it to this store. He didn't hesitate for a second. I gave him my phone, he made the correction, asked me to confirm it and promptly wrapped the package for me. He even smiled & kind of laughed a little because I was thanking him so much for doing all that he did for me. I really am thankful for people in customer service who get it's a one on one human experience. It can easily make or break someone's day. Thank you Jaden and the Manager for MAKING my day & task better.Jayne McCullers : )

This location is horrible. Slow, rude, unhelpful.Drive a little further down Southside to the one at touchton for significantly better service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and wonderful people! They helped me with my needs even though I was a little unprepared and we're very courteous about it. Definitely will make sure to come back again for any future needs!I pray God blesses all the staff here at my local UPS store! Thank you for always being a help.

They make it really easy to return Amazon packages. One of the employees helped me use the self-service return machine and I was in and out in a couple minutes without having to wait in line.

I WAS considering getting a mailbox there but after calling the store, trying to get some answers to my questions about a package I'm tracking with the # that has NO STREET ADDRESS on the label, only the city of Jacksonville, FL and my zip code, no thanks. The store doesn't answer the phone or picks it upand hangs up without answering. This doesn't make me want to get a mailbox there if I can't reach them on the phone if there's an issue.

Management here is a joke. He guy always has a smile on his face, but he’s not actually friendly at all. The staff follows his footsteps, smile but not actually welcoming or friendly. Totally regret getting an annual box here. Have had another UPS box for over 10+ years, and never had issues like we have had with them in less than 6 months. Lost packages. Waiting in 25min+ lines to pick up packages as a signed box renter. Co-owners of the business can’t both mutually pick up mail or make decisions on the account because this location locks it to one “primary” person. Biggest regret signing up here. Will not be renewing.

First impressions are everything! I came In for fingerprints and Gladys looked like every customer was bothering her. She looked mean the entire time and took a very angry and aggravated tone with everyone. Gladys does not appear to be a fit for a customer facing job. Colleen was very pleasant but unfortunate it was overshadowed by my experience and other customers experience with Gladys!

I sent a message to Corporate. I use this location often to bring UPS and USPS items. Today, I encountered one of the rudest young ladies I have ever met. She stared at me like she hated me and informed me that if I wanted a receipt for my USPS, I was welcome to drive to USPS to get one. Everyone here is always super nice so I was not expecting this at all. Extremely passive aggressive. Long braids, long fingernails and a know it all horrible attitude! I know if it happened to me, it's happening to others. Sad. Cindy.

We have had a business box at this UPS store for 5 years and always receive exceptional service. The staff are kind, courteous and competent and quick to resolve any issues that may arise.Joseph the store manager always goes above and beyond, he's a true rock star! Thank you to the whole team :)

I entered this location 10 minutes before close. The supervisor was extremely rude to me. She was doing hand gestures for me to hurry up with what i needed to tell her. I asked her why she was being so rude and she later apologized. It was a simple scan the bar code and leave. There were also other employees there that could have done the transaction if she was in such a hurry to go home. Customers should never be treated so rudely.
