This is a franchise store, and one of the worst. Employees are rude, more specifically, Anthony Harding who claims to be the “manager.” Mr. Harding marginalizes the UPS brand & disavows any connection to UPS other than UPS’ “obligation” to pick up & drop off packages. This is a UPS location that should be avoided. PLEASE do not send packages from this location that are of value. The package will end up on the dark side of the moon & every employee, including Mr. Harding will pass blame to UPS and provide you with 3 to 4 800 numbers that are of NO help. If you inquire more than once, Mr. Harding becomes irritated, raising his voice while threatening to sue you for harassment. I find it hard to believe that UPS corporate allows this store to remain open.This was posted by Harding circa 3 years ago;Anthony Harding3 years ago“ Very customer friendly store. I went to this store on 12/16/23 to ship 4 boxes. The largest box was Christmas presents for my niece and a very special canvas for my brother and SIL. All of my other packages made it except the one to my niece. I was devastated. She is only 2 and was waiting for her Christmas presents from her aunt sissy. My tracking only said label created 12/18/23 and nothing further. Something is fishy. I asked where the package went from the monument store they said to the hub. They said they would investigate. I had to call them to see if they “found” my package even though they told me they would be in contact with me. I believe there was no investigation. I believe there is a thief at UPS and it was stolen. I don’t care about the $, it was the thought and time put into personalized gifts. I will never ship with UPS again and I will tell everyone that I can about my awful experience and UPS workers who acted like they could care less they lost my package. I am including a picture of my box. How do you lose a box 24x16x19? I know how, someone steals it or crushes it and doesn’t tell you.

Tony Harding really took his time to help return a toy. I never really returned anything bought at Amazon. I hope that Tony will be recognize by his managers.

They are always so friendly and helpful, no matter how busy it is. Usually the manager is there, helping out, when necessary. Don’t mind being asked for information.

Overall a decent experience with the exception to one employee. She's incredibly rude and seems to be inconvenienced to do her job. Young, curly short- haired girl who hasn't been there long. She never smiles and complains about Amazon packages. Tip: Wingstop is hiring next door. I'd limit your interactions with customers until you've gotten proper training or an attitude adjustment! Oh and next time, don't be so lazy and walk to another computer to check for an email so I can print my documents. Everyone else has been super helpful and positive.Thanks.

Another rude experience in this store. Bald guy with a beard is just a piece of work. Enjoyed getting snapped at when I first come in the door! Won't be back. Do yourself a favor and find another location.

Awful service and attuide problems they lost a piece of mail that I paid to have it overnight and it got to place 2 weeks later. Then I returned amazon items they didn't get half of my returned items do not trust this store!!!!! Save yourself the headache and money I will never do business here again ?

Have never had a problem, go there OFTEN. Always friendly, courteous and very helpful. Even when very busy, line almost to door, they give each person individual help without rushing, unfortunately some customers are rude.

Just had a terrible experience with an employee at the store about a new mailbox key that did not work the first time trying it. He insisted that somehow I swapped the key out that they gave me and wanted to charge me $5 for a new key. Very rude and unprofessional. And dead wrong!A follow-up, i filed a complaint asking for the local manager to respond. No response. Oh well. I guess that's life.
