There is a new young kid that just started working there and he has made the experience at this UPS location even better. I really appreciate UPS feeling like a local post office and how it seems they really care for the customers. Hoping it stays this way! The staff is what makes the store, keep smiling and going the extra mile. Thank you!

My mother's Day present didn't fit and I had to return it I brought it in June 1st and it's now the end of June the 26th to be exact and when I track my package it hasn't left the store they told me there was nothing they could do for me! USPS said to check with the sender. They are both saying it's the other one's fault and no one's helping me?????

You're website said you were closing at 5:00 p.m. today. When I arrived a little after 3:00 p.m. sign on door said closed. This was 12/30/23. About 4 or 5 customers showed up same time as me and had to leave. Not good customer service.
