Quite frankly just some of the best group of people assembled. “Zack” has come to rescue too many times to count. Patience, candor, knowledge, empathy and steady. Just a good human being. I go back and forth with court documents, and Zack, always exceeds expectations. “ Cedric” and others create and maintain an environment of integrity, professionalism, and empathy. I applaud you gentlemen. Working with the public is beyond demanding, but exceptional
People make the difficult, look easy. Bravo gentlemen, Bravo.

Normally I love going to this place, because the employees are nice to me, but unfortunately last Tuesday I had an incident with one of their employees, his name is Cedric, I started to notarize some papers in Spanish and he said to me in a rude and annoying tone that he couldn't do it and that they had to be in English, which was very strange because I had done it before. And so he could understand I transcribed it in English but obviously I needed to notarize the papers in Spanish, so luckily another employee showed up and corrected him and told him that they can be notarized, even so he was upset and complaining the whole time. Just because my letter was written in Spanish, it made me feel discriminated against! I didn't imagine this would cause him discomfort, now I'm afraid I'll go back there and find him and he'll treat me again with the same attitude or worse!

Large gentleman, didn’t catch his name. Very rude, condescending and belittling towards women! Yes, I’m talking about you. Next time I come in there if you ever speak to me the way that you did today, I will call corporate.
On the contrary, there are a few folks that work at this particular location that are very friendly.

Nine times out of 10 you'll get great service here.
We have taken them many projects from simple copies to more complex ones.
We've also had various projects that needed to be adapted and put on the stickers or cardstock papers and they managed it great.
You'll see John the owner ( pictured back to camera ) working diligently and his top assistants too.
I also trust them to get our packages shipped promptly and it's always a success.

John went above and beyond to help me with our print order. Emailed the file and he had it printed in less than 30 minutes! He definitely saved the day for our project! Very helpful, I went by to print out a prayer for the funeral of my brother-in-law and my old phone would not send. The owner Mr. John was wonderful. He tried to fix my phone - Thanks. We got the prayer printed and now our family is ready the funeral tomorrow morning. With GREAT SERVICE LIKE THIS I can see why the Hendricks Ave UPS Store (Store2665) has so many 5 star ratings. I will never be able to accurately describe how amazing this UPS location is. John and his employees have gone ABOVE and beyond for every single shipping AND receiving request I have given them over the past 14+ years. That is a long time for one business to NEVER disappoint….they have only ever impressed me and my husband on every level. This business alone makes me want to only ship with them because of how caring, quick and professional their service is on the regular. Thank you all!!

Collectively the most incompetent group of employees that I have ever encountered. All but 1 were at least polite, they get the 1 star I suppose.They lost my online order prints, and the employee helping me spent about minutes complaining about reprinting them before finally logging in to the portal to do so. Once they located the document the employee continued to stand there and tell me what a pain it was to access the document to reprint it and that I should have just emailed it to them…as if I was somehow supposed to know this, despite the existence of an online printing portal on their website.It’s a shame, they’re quite convenient when I need color prints for work but I’ll drive the extra mile or two to Office Depot in the future.
