Dropped off a large package at this location. The package was scanned in at this location on 8/22/2024 and never again after that. I went through the investigation process and they were no help. Told me I can return to the location and look around. I went there today and they were zero help. The answer I got “sorry sometimes things get lost”. Well the box was 54”x24”12” and worth about $1000. That excuse is unacceptable Hopefully there is still a good customer service agent that reads this and is willing to help.

I use UPS a lot; and I can always count on them to get my packages to my loved ones. Customer Service is always a blessed experience, staff is genuinely caring and attentive to my every need, they are wonderful every staff member at Store # 4573

The line was long. I mailed two envelopes that didn’t weigh much and it was $30 I tried to track them and it says my tracking number is incorrect so on top of paying that price I couldn’t even track it. I could have just put a few stamps on them
