Beware of free return drops here. I was given very misleading “help” for a simple return. Cashier told me to email him my return label so he could print it and attach. After he printed a hard copy he scanned it, threw it away, and printed a sticker label and then after all this was done he told me it was a $2 charge for computer time. I never even touched a computer. I had no choice but to pay or leave without making my return. Was it not possible to scan the return label image on my phone if all he was going to do was print and throw away the paper label he threw away? Will not be back to this location again.

They are efficient and I rarely have any issues. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful! My packages always arrive on time as well.

I see some others had bad experiences here, but I was in and out in about five mins with no problems. The lady was polite and helpful too.
