Got hired last month and now after 15 days of work they letting me go. Telling me that I’m slow compared to employees who worked there for years and have more experience! If they gave me more times I would’ve proof myself.

Medical delivery of pharmaceutical that's temperature sensitive. Pharmacy uses UPS, and called us to schedule delivery date since someone has to sign for it. I work from home, medicine is for my daughter and EXTREMELY high-cost. Driver never knocked on door, left UPS post it on door that I found later where he wrote "Sign back and we can leave". His instructions were for us to sign the receipt and he'd leave the PKG the next day outside in 100 degree heat after pkg was on truck all day. We got the runaround. Cust Svc put us on hold and then advised they called driver and he was bringing pkg around 8 pm. Almost 9 pm, called to check to make sure on track. Cust Svc rep put us on hold and then came on to say she called the facility and they said they were aware of the issue, the box is on the truck at their place and won't be delivered. Seriously? This medicine isn't packed for 2-4 days in 100+ degree temps and can't be temperature compromised. This is 3rd time in 2 years UPS has done this! One time they left pkg in hot sun on steps. Thank goodness we found it within an hour and before a child got a hold of it or a pkg thief. This isn't a pkg of bed linens from Amazon, it is a $13k-14k medicine. Wtheck? Can't return it to a pharmacy when it's temp compromised so not sure we should accept pkg if they lamely try to bring it tomorrow as we'd have to open it and check temperature. This is the worst. Disappointed is not even close to what ensued today. Oh, and it's after 10 pm and they said a mgr will call us. For what? I will never use UPS and haven't. However, we will see if this new pharmacy can use another company. Disgusted. Discussing this with a professional outside of UPS tomorrow..... Funny how they respond here and there to reviews and ask people to go to FB, Twitter, etc for further "help". Um, not everyone is or wants to be on social media. Pick up the phone and call your customers!

Where do I even begin to explain the complete & utter lack of service or honesty my family has endure these last 3 days waiting to receive our package. To say that the lies & lack of customer service was incorrigible would not not even begin to explain what transpired trying to get our package delivered as the company was paid to do. Unfortunately we are all at the mercy of the sender as to what courier service they use but my recommendation would to never ever use UPS. If I could rate a -10 I would. Devastated.

The young lady that worked the morning shift. I think she's a manager in the morning at the front counter. She was absolutely the best. She knew that I was out of town and the office was about to close . She told me where to go to the Walmart to get money order and she told me she will wait for me even though they were ready to close and let me back in to Get my package so that I can catch my flight out of town.

The only problem I have with this facility is the parking.They have a customer lot that is always almost full with employees vehicles. The spaces are small to start with then they’re all full because employees park here instead of their own very large, never full lot.

Customer service for UPS is lacking. They just refer you to the 1 800 number to call with any problems, which will send you in a loop. FYI, to actually talk to someone on the 1 800 number just say customer care and refund, even if you do not want a refund just to figure out what is going on or change to pick up from an access point. It's frustrating when drivers say delivery attempted and they don't leave any notice on the door. UPS has some internal management issues they have to hash out, or have drivers that will actually try to deliver packages.

The Lady at counter very helpful and king and polite. However UPS need to do better job at training employees because the reason had to go in is I had a package that needed signature but a note was left on my door explaining I could sign back so I did. The next day they said no , I have to go in to pick it up..etc. lost 2 days time.
