Horrible customer service. The girl at the counter to begin with was rude, acted like she had a problem because she was at work. Then the so called manager Sab comes out to tell me they won’t return the scrubs because I wore them for an entire shift. Keep in mind I don’t have a job in medical field of any sort. Simply bought these for a job interview, I’m also 6 months pregnant so the girl when I bought them SPECIFICALLY told me as long as I keep all tags and receipt I could get a full refund EVEN IF I TRY THEM ON. The scrubs were only tried on, I never even wore them to the interview or anywhere, tried them on for 5 mins and took them off. Have every single tag, the receipt and they still have fold marks where they stayed folded up in the original bag since I bought them, but the “”manager”” insinuated and accused me of wearing them for a “full shift” very rude “manager” and girl at the front counter. I wouldn’t recommend this location under any circumstances. Now I have $70 worth of brand new scrubs with no use for them. Also they don’t even have a corporate number to call. So that’s great.

Went in to get 4 shirts made last minute for a Tball team. Bill and another employee went above and beyond to make my needed turn around time happen. The employee suggested I buy my own shirts to skip the ordering time frame. My emailed graphic was of poor quality, and Bill was going out of town, so he created a new one for me AT HOME after hours, pressed the shirts the next morning, and they were done in 2 days. Thank you Bill and Uniformi-T!

This is so far the businesses I've known that does not have a camera inside. I lost a nice necklace on this place but the only thing they told me were "there is no camera". I came in with my necklace, but left without it and probably lost it in the fitting room. Weird thing is, after I lost a necklace I started receiving coupons on my phone that I haven't received any before. Coincidence? I don't know but it is so weird for me. It was a yellow gold pearl that has a diamond in it on a 16 inch 18k yellow gold chain. I'll never shop nor ever will step again on this store.

customer service is horrible. scrubs are not good quality. and you can't even exchange items with receipt and tags. don't even bother. waste of time and money.

I had 2 completely DIFFERENT experiences at this location today. Earlier, I was able to buy my daughter's uniform shirts in the size and color I wanted. The lady was helpful and friendly. There was NO SIGN saying "Only __ uniform shirt(s) per student." However, this afternoon, a few staff members attempted to limit the number of uniform shirts that I could purchase in a different color. A man and woman were condescending and RUDE. They asked "Are you sure?" and "Do you really need those many?" "Are you sure you don't want some in a different color?" I saw other customers buying more shirts than I was. I asked the man "Were they asked the same thing?" He explained they were just making sure that "all the kids have shirts for school." At some point I reminded him, "This is AMERICA. I BUY What I want to buy." He replied "This is America. I could limit to one (shirt) if I wanted to." I said, "You could." He said, "How far do you want this to go. What are you going after?" I told him "I asked you a question. You gave me an answer." He had no clue I was going to share his response in this REVIEW :) And he put my shirts and my receipt in the bag. Out of all the stores I've shopped in, I've NEVER been discouraged from buying something that I requested and that they had in stock.

I needed black shorts and as soon as I walked in this sweet lady immediately asked me what I was looking for and said wait here and came back with every option that looked like it would fit. She literally took all of the stress out of shopping. Great place.

The service here is absolutely awful. There’s three people working and it feels like asking if a product is in stock and if they have the size is asking them to go out of their way. I planned to buy several uniforms here but will be going online directly with the vendor as opposed to giving this location the business. Do better or at least try to make your customers feel welcomed.

This is the only place we get scrubs for my wife. We’ve tried several stores from pooler to Jacksonville and we always end up here.The prices are competitive to online store with the bonus of being able to try them on. They generally have the brands, styles, and sizes we need in stock.

for one and a half*is way too much to give the store. You go with the receipt and the tags the items never worn and they will not give you a refund. The customer service in the store is super poor.

I went to get a pair of shoes, i purchased them walked to my car opened the box and 1 insole was missing just 1, i went right back in, and was told there is nothing they can do. They call management, we dont return shoes! It was there ERROR and they should have corrected it. I wasn't trying to return the shoe I JUST bought!! JUST FIX YOU MISTAKE!!! All the smiles in the world will not make up for POOR cusomer service!!
