Would recommend UPack to anyone moving. Not only is the price extremely reasonable, but customer service is outstanding and communication throughout cannot be better. We used them last year to move most of our things from Connecticut to South Georgia and again this year to finish clearing out the house in Connecticut. We had plenty of time to load and unload the trailer. Hopefully we won't be moving again but if we do, calling UPack.

We are so happy with our U-Pack experience! We used relocubes to complete a miliary move from GA to TX. We rushed our pack out due to Hurricane Debby, and worried our things would be ruined if there were any leaks in the cubes. Our cubes arrive on time in Texas with NO WATER DAMAGE!! I am so thrilled! Thank you, U-Pack!!

Great customer experience from the drivers, phone and email. Move from FL to AK went off like a miracle. Pods showed up a week early. Amazing what this company can do.

Upack was perfect for our move from PA to FL! We used the whole thing and even though packing up yourself and unpacking is a lot of work, knowing that our trailer was going to directly to our new home was very reassuring! Some things that were not fully protected did move in transit so make sure you use lots of padding and blankets to protect items! We were tired towards the end and got lazy ?! The drop off and pick up process both ways was seamless and the customer service was always very helpful! We had some trouble with the heavy bulk head when we finished packing up,
but whoever picked up the trailer was able to lock it up, so no worries there if you have issues! We also couldn’t fit the ramp after we packed it up, but they delivered one after our trailer was dropped off in FL. From potentially having to spend over 10K to move with a moving company to only spending 5! If you have any issues customer service is always available! We would definitely recommend UPACK ?!!

Had an incredible experience from start to finish moving a client Florida to St. Louis. The trailer is the best and cheapest option. Everything arrived the way it was packed. You don't share the trailer with anyone and they credit you back for any space un-used...win win!

So convenient! Both service members I met on the loading and unloading ends were very nice and professional! I can’t believe how much fit in it! It wasn’t supposed to be delivered from Maine to Florida until August 8-10, but it was in the transit center by July 31st! Impressive! Would definitely use again!

Moved from NYC to FL. Yup! the cube is made of strong material, looks like metal. Value is the best compared to the leading mover. Less expensive, who wouldn't like that? No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. Staffs at Brooklyn loading site are friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Phone calls are answered quickly. Delivery to destination was on time. Upack is the best, glad I didn't fall for the other company.

I compared lots of companies but I’m very happy I chose UPack. They made the process very smooth. And they had the best prices. My daughter moved from Jacksonville to Omaha. UPack dropped off the cube, we packed it, and then unloaded it at the service center in Omaha. We chose the service center as her apartment was downtown and leaving the cube street side was not an option. Everyone was wonderful from the guy who dropped off the cube, the people we spoke to on the phone, and the people at the service center. I will use UPack again and definitely recommend them!!

I would not recommend using this business to move anything you care about. You can see photos below of how my perfect bedroom suit was ruined during a move from Oklahoma to Florida. A big mirror and several other smaller things are broken, too. On top of that, UPack would not bring our pod on a Friday, which meant we lost the opportunity to unpack over the weekend. My family paid almost $2000 for this. Look elsewhere if you want efficient, reliable service.

I just moved from TX to FL and didn’t know who to trust with the move. But, UPack made the process very easy and every single person that contact me was courteous and explained everything in detailed. They had a guarantee date of delivery and actually contacted me early from the guarantee date to let me know it was ready. Lastly, every driver that I interacted with looked at the area and worked with me to determine the best placement for the trailer. Amazing team and company. Highly recommend.

Moving can be a complete nightmare. This company was extremely responsive and I trusted them the entire process. It was extremely easy to book and they had my belongings moved from Texas to Florida in 3 days. 100% recommend this company it is worth every penny.
