I need to be called. I only had the truck for 2 days. But y’all are trying to charge me for 2 weeks and 117 miles and I didn’t drive more than 30 miles. I’m not paying almost $900.

This location needs to Maintain maintenance on equipment. The tire pressure was extremely low (28 psi at pick up it’s supposed to be 85psi), was out of windshield washing fluid and the windshield was dirty, and the oil changed light was on. The back of the van needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of trash stuffed into the sides and just dirt and debris all over. Also the station attendants at the location did not really know anything about the U-Haul reservations, they were extremely polite though, but it made it really confusing at pick up. They had to call the owner and he did kept saying I didn’t have a reservation when I was on the phone with customer service that was confirming I did in fact have one.

The power steering on the truck we rented was poor, making it difficult to keep the truck straight and on the road. The driver's seat belt did not work. The truck was extremely dirty and reeked of smoke. In addition, the truck was on Empty. The U-Haul is located at a gas station.

Absolutely terrible service at this location for U-Haul rentals. Arrived at my pickup time to be told that they didn’t have my my info and then told they didn’t have any working trucks. I was put on the phone with someone (store employee). I couldn’t understand the person at the store or over the phone. I contacted U-Haul and after a long hold time, I was able to finally secure a U-Haul at the corporate location.

Took :30 to verify reservation, only to walk to ? Uhaul truck that wouldn't start! Followed by a second truck that didn't work as well! Customer Service was absolutely NO HELP with locating a working truck near by UGH!!

Difficult time. The guy working who was SUPPOSED to know how to rent the vehicles was clueless. He initially tried to charge me 3 times the actual cost of the truck and when I pointed it out he got mad at me and started cursing me out in Arabic. The problem is that I actually speak Arabic and when I let him know that I actually spoke Arabic, he said he didn't know any English and then wouldn't rent me a truck! I literally had to go to a completely different location and rent a truck there! So that's almost 4 hours I'll never get back. Definitely will not be going back there!

This location has poor service and if you experience any problems with your truck they will not help you. They do not clean the trucks and only tell you they just collect payments. The second location was better as far as trucks but they aren’t clear with everything and over charge you. All locations have poor customer care and bad attitudes as far as I can tell. You will have to reach out to uhaul to resolve any problems that arise. Thankfully uhaul customer service was able to resolve my issues and took care of almost everything. But, it still took over a week for that to happen. I would definitely avoid this location if possible. I will continue to use uhaul only because of their customer service team.

They didn't have the truck we reserved at the shop we reserved it at and had to drive 7 miles instead 7/10ths of a mile. Then they didn't have the furniture pads. My daughter went to another uhaul store and would not rent her pads without also renting a dolly. We can't use a dolly because of the steps involved. Poor way to handle things.

Make sure you check-in online, otherwise the staff will have no idea how to get you on the road. The truck we had was UNSAFE to drive. The car needs major maintenance to the steering column. We were all over the road driving.
