I had my son in this daycare for more than 2 weeks. The child was terrorized. Every day, he cries, and no one looks at him. I have spoken to the "teacher" several times, and she once told me that I have other children to take care of. The school has a camera that you can watch the child only on video, without sound, you only see a part of the class. That camera doesn't have the same function because it doesn't capture all the classroom spaces. Even there in the camera you see some children crying, including my son at that time, I see a "teacher" named Ashley who only deals with arranging the toys in the box, without letting the children play with toys, a teacher who puts them bread on the table, a teacher who puts the children to sleep even without wanting to, that's what she did. I thought at first that it could be my fault, because the child has not yet learned to go to school, but no, that ambrent was exactly a prison for children. They didn't have activities every day. In the application ,you can see updated only that the teacher has changed the child's diapers. I stood in the camera to see if the child was fed, and I saw for myself that my child had not changed. They put it in the system that the child had finished all the food. I would not recommend this "school" or PRISON to anyone, I would call it a staff with a very cold, irresponsible communication. I tired the boy so much that he cried a lot, he vomited at school and no one touched him to change him, luckily I was close to the school that I took him. I wish no one has such an experience with their children in the same school, so I am sharing my experience. The school is full, look for the best, and don't leave the child crying all day.

Highly recommend this establishment! My daughter is Deaf and knows ASL she goes to a deaf school and goes to tutor time during summer break. My daughter is always happy and tells me she always has a good time at tutor time. The staff and children always make my daughter feel welcomed despite there being communication difficulties. 10 out of 10

Good at first while your child is a baby and cannot speak for themselves. However, once your child is in the growing years they stuff as many kids as possible in one classroom (over extend the teachers) and then blame your child if there are any temperament issues. They outright admit they are short staffed. Which I’m sure most places are in this climate however, most places enroll children according to staffing availability, this place does not. This place will suspend a two-year-old for biting which is a normal behavior of a two year old. They will ask you to not bring your kid to daycare the next day despite you having to work which is the reason why your child is in daycare to begin with. They Will call you and tell you your children cannot be brought to daycare after 10 AM because of staffing issues. The front desk staff will be condescending and never look you in your eyes especially Miss Ellie. The daycare as a whole is not some thing I would recommend for first parents as a first parent myself I thought that this place would be good for my son but I was not educated enough to understand that a place with no waitlist means a place with no quality

We absolutely loved this place, miss this place. Mrs GG and Evelyn were amazing in every aspect! Mrs Pam is thee absolute BEST and we miss her so much! Grace who’s a toddler teacher is amazing as well! We decided to leave due to low staff (Covid of course) which I understand is out of their control but our daughter is our first priority and we needed her to have the attention we paid for. One of the toddler rooms was a concern for us and it sucks we had to leave. But overall these woman are phenomenal!

Believing melenated skin is not welcome.I stopped in a couple weeks ago for information on part time care. I was told they cannot give information and I had to make an appt. No problem if that is protocol, but if I’m standing in person and only asking for pricing this is simple information that can be provided. I then went home and made an appt for 7/29. Today the director calls to confirm my appt for today, 7/28. I say I’m sure my confirmation email says 7/29 to which she responded no today. I say fine I’ll be there. I arrive and I’m not greeted with a hello, how May I help, … nothing. I let them know I’m there for a 3pm appt. For 15 min they are saying they cannot find my information or appt. Well your director called to confirm so I know it’s there. Eventually the lady says I can’t give you a tour but I’ll give you information. We sit… here is the conversation verbatimHer: have you been looking at other centersMe: of courseHer: when would you like to startMe: your director said it will be available late fallHer: more like beginning of next year, okMe: if I like the center, I don’t mindHer: starts talking about the locks on the doors, accreditationHer: what’s your child’s name (which you have to fill out to make the appt, that they eventually found in they system)Me: Sir spelled the traditional wayHer: are you going to give me a hard timeMe: you asked his name and I told youHer: are you going to keep giving me a hard timeMe: why would you ask me thatHer: I’m going to get someone else to help youMe: not interestedGets up and walks outThe entire time she spoke she made no eye contact and if she even looked at me it was as I walked out of the door. If this is any indication of the treatment my son would have received, I’m happy to have seen it upfront!

I highly recommend this daycare!! I was so nervous being a first time mama dropping my 5 month old off with strangers. These ladies quickly became second mamas & grandmas to my girl! My daughter is always so happy to go to her teacher she would jump out of my arms. They always upload pictures and videos of her playing and have cameras where I can watch her. Overall such a wonderful experience and I'm never worried about her while she is in their care. Unfortunately we are having to move away. My daughter was there for 10 months and I'm so sad to be leaving! I don't think we will ever find a daycare as wonderful as tutor time!

We have had our children enrolled in tutor time since late last year. The director, Mrs. Ellie, and Mrs. Gg are second to none. The staff genuinely cares about the children and have taken specific precautions in providing enhanced care through COVID-19. This was the first provider we chose after doing extensive research in the area. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a great daycare to come here.

My daughter had not even completed a month. At the end of the week she asked for pay and I had payed her for a week.Next week I went for payment then she put late fee on me the lady at front desk says that I had to pay and she sent email but whatever email she had of both parent were incorrect and sign out screen never reflected any payment due.Actually every day she saw me but never remained me to pay so that she can put late charge on me.I would never recommend such place to anyone. She took the payment and again says “Payment is due “ are these real propel or some kind of money making machines. All parents think before you send to such places. We work at office thinking that kids are some where safe.Think before you send kids here

My husband and I absolutely love Tutor Time! We are first time parents to a beautiful baby girl that we prayed for and putting her in daycare at 9 weeks old was hard. We originally choose Tutor Time because they are so close to my job but now, even if I left to work elsewhere, we would stay with them. The teachers in the infant 1 room are amazing, the rest of the staff we've seen are so friendly, the security puts our minds at ease, the facility is very clean and the app keeps us informed of everything going on during our daughter's day...when she eats, when she's changed, when she naps and cute pictures that help us get through work until we pick her up. Having a daycare we can trust that provides exceptional care for our baby means we can both work to give her a great life and we can't thank Tutor Time enough for that. We look forward to the next few years with them.

April 3, 2019, I picked my son up from daycare he informed me that the photographer told them to say, "Black Monkey" instead of cheese. I immediately called the daycare and inquired about this issue. The Director (Evelyn Belcher) informed me she didn't see any harm in that and that students use animals to learn.Evelyn instead of apologizing, she spent 30 mins explaining how she is not a racist! That she saw no harm and was present at the time. The Director of the daycare was upset that I even thought it was wrong and eventually picked an argument with my sons’ father about it, and dis-enrolled my son. This is unacceptable in 2019 a person does not see an issue with telling little black boys to say monkey for a photo and then showed no concern. Its a predominantly white school and per conversation with a parent of two black boys that attend the school, they were made to say the same thing, you don't even smile when you say monkey! On April 24 at 11:30 a.m. I spoke to Renee Johnson the Regional; Director and she also stated, "It was not you guys problem, but Life Touch.
