First time taking my car here, after the guys over at mavis suggested it. I didn’t know what to expect but it turned out to be a great experience. Kaycee was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He kept me informed and was upfront about everything he was doing or was planning on doing. I will 100% be taking my car back there—although hopefully not anytime soon ?.

Updating my review to sing more praise about Tuffy! They always do a fantastic job and are always honest with me about what’s going on with my car. They are quick and courteous!I have been going to Tuffy for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but amazing praise for this location! They are incredibly kind and professional, and have helped me get to the bottom of car troubles on more than one occasion. They are fair priced too! Shout out to Derrick and Casey for being so awesome.

Had a brake job done at another facility and 8 months later they were grinding. After getting the run around they sent me to Tuffy. Thank goodness they did. Tuffy found the issue and corrected the other guys mistakes. Steven was awesome and got me back on the road quickly!Service: Brakes

Had the best experience with Ray and Steven they welcomed our 12 volt electric a/c unit in our van and did some diagnostic on the air flow and pressures. Charged a very fair price and kept an open mind to the different technology (super rare in the automotive repair industry).

Always a wonderful store! I’ve been taking my car here for many years and also recommend this store to friends and family with how well they handle any situation i throw at them! I usually talk to Ray or Kasey and cant get enough at how kind and how much they actually care for my car!If you need your car fixed, this is the place to go! Or if you just need some new tires or oil, they can also handle that pretty quickly!Services: Tires

Tuffy and its service team did an excellent job with my car. Turned it around in a very short amount of time because it is my primary mode of transportation, they kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend, we will continue taking our automobiles here.

Had gone to Tire Kingdom previously for two new tires, and shortly thereafter I started getting an engine message intermittently. Per Tire Kingdom, they referred me to their sister company Tuffy. I dealt with Casey, who was very responsive. They could not replicate the issue, but kept the car snd drove it around a little to try to ensure I’d be safe driving. They did not charge me as they couldn’t diagnose the issue. I was very pleased, felt taken care of, and I know I’ll be back. Thank you, Casey!

I love this place!!! I’ve been going to Tuffys for over 7 or 8 years now!!! Awesome customer service and everyone is just awesome!!! We used to live so close that we could walk here and when my boyfriend and I moved practically to baymeadows area. Well as you can tell now, we love it so much that we don’t mind the drive. And to be really honest, especially being a girl, these guys don’t mess around and you will get the best service, price and experience!!! I’m always happy when I pick up my car and I only had to have an oil change done today. I’m so over-talking here but look at my beautiful car below. I mean she’s old but because of these guys, she runs like I just bought her off the lot.Services: Tires

Received excellent service yesterday and today (9/22/23). Dropped my car yesterday afternoon and expected to leave it for a couple days. Received a call today, again expecting the "bad news", but not only was there no bad news, the car was ready to be picked up! Over delivering is a great business model to live by. Every person I spoke to on the phone and came in contact with in the store was professional and so courteous!! Great job all around!!

Scheduled a standard oil change/tire rotation for Saturday morning. Got a very professional call after scheduling confirming details of appointment. Dropped my car off Saturday morning and while waiting in the lobby, a woman came in with a crazy sob story pretty much demanding free tires. Casey handled it as good as I have ever seen a front facing person of a business handle a crazy, supervisor demanding customer. Great experience, will definitely be back
