Bought my PS5 to the shop to repair my hdmi port. Was done quickly and efficiently and saved me from having to buy a new unit! The puppy was quite friendly as well! Highly recommended!

This guy is great! I was despondant that my PS5 was not working a day before a 4-day weekend. After trying everything I could think to do to fix it myself, I found this guy on Google. He responded same day, apologized profusely for the delay in getting back to me even though it had been less than 2 hours. (Me calling him probably would have gotten me a quicker response). Nevertheless, he took me in right away, a day before a holiday, at 5:30pm. Diagnosed my PS5 issue within 2 minutes, and I was out the door less than 10 minutes later. Very friendly and polite even as busy as he was, juggling 2 other customers while I was there. His little dog was also very cute! Will come here for any future issues without hesitation. Thank you so much!!!

The owner was great! This is the second time we went to his store. The first time was to repair my son’s Xbox. The second time was to get help with transferring everything from an old Xbox to a new Xbox X. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend and would definitely return if need be!!

This place is awesome! Fixed my PS 5 HDMI port that another company had messed up on. And they are less expensive and give quality work and very personable. Recommend this place. He said they also repair computers, phones, etc.

Dude is the best ive ever seen fixed my HDMI port and usb port and even cleaned it for me on my ps5 and within 30 minutes!!! Well worth the 2 hour drive he’s great!! 5 stars all day

Horrible customer service very unprofessional setting had dog poop in the shop on the floor also smokes inside the shop very bad experience definitely wouldn’t recommend MY HDMI WAS REPLACED WITH OLD ONE THAT BROKE NOT EVEN 2 DAYS LATER I WAS NOT REFUNDED MY GAME WAS NOT FIXED JUST A WAIST OF MONEY he claimed he doesn’t use old parts and I scroll down and he said he use all old parts cause there’s no parts store so ima leave a picture of the hdmi he put in my game and it’s deffinetly not new prolly from some old broke game

Very unprofessional!! Did not fix the problem and still charged me to get it back. Also deleted all my games. Once I called him all he does is yell!!! My ps4 was never broke it was my TV the whole time. My xbox is still broke. He charged 300.00 for NOTHING!! DO NOT USE HIM YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I took my grandson PS5 to Tyron. He fixed it within a hour. Right in front of me and not in a room behind a wall. He explained the process of what he was doing. Even showed me the damage under the microscope. He was quick, respectful and very professional. I enjoyed his conversation as he worked.

Thanks for getting my son’s PlayStation 5 up and running, we mailed the system off only for them to return it without fixing it. The system was purchased last Dec and was still under warranty but they DID not fix it, my son googled this facility, a price was set, a time period and guarantee that the problem would be fixed, needless to say when I took the system in the problem was resolved.He was courtesy, professional and very knowledgeable, they definitely exceeded our expectations and if we ever have a problem I will definitely be back.Thanks

Stands by his work. Went in there to have my HDMI port looked at on my Xbox Series X and when he took it apart the damage was far worse than either one of excepted. No only was he able to repair it, i was able to watch the whole process of him fixing it and it only took about a hour. A majority of shops take your device behind a wall and you have no idea what’s gonna come out. With Ttopz you are able to watch every step and ask questions while he fixes your device. If you or someone you know needs work done on a system i highly recommend Ttopz Video game repair.

So glad we found this place a puppy knocked my sons Ps5 off the dresser and messed up the hdmi port while he was gone and I tried finding a different alternative instead of having to buy a new one and I’m glad I did ! Reasonably priced and awesome people!! Didn’t have to wait long at all! Definitely will be sending people your way can’t thank you enough!

This is definitely where you want to take the cheaply made PS5. My sons HDMI port needed to be replaced. We were in and out thanks for for saving me from having to buy another one.

Excellent experience! Quick, convenient, AMAZING hours of operations and cool peeps!! Was going into fix the hdmi port on my sons Xbox one, I ended up exchanging it for one of the refurbished ones he had there to sell. Great dude and great experience. Hes gonna be fixing my chromebook too. 10/10
