I can not say enough great things about TrustLine. I worked with William Pappas aka Bill and Cindy Hanna. Bill is professional, honest, knowledgeable and always available. He walked with me through the whole process from pre approval to closing. He was readily available day and night to answer all of my questions, which were a lot. He shopped my information around and found me the best mortgage based on me having student loans, which was not easy. On top of that was able to get me approved for the Home Ready program which I didn’t even know existed, saving me money on my mortgage insurance. I would recommend him and TrustLine to anyone who is looking for a company who will work hard to get them what they want. Cindy my Closer was awesome and available for all my questions. She is top notch and definitely knows what she is doing. They both made this process so easy that the Title company was amazed and commented on it. Everything went better then I ever expected and I am so blessed to have found them. Thank you Bill and Cindy for helping my family and I purchase our new home.

Jeff and his team made my Re-fi seamless and fast. Because our financial situation was not the norm being self employed Jeff went the extra mile to help me out. He and his staff were always available to answer any questions or concerns via phone ,email or text . Not a big fan. On my aunt's recommendation, I contacted Jeff Middlekauf (spelling?) and he basically ran me off the phone and scoffed at my situation. When I mentioned that I worked with family he changed his whole attitude and said he could not get it done because underwriters are wary of family business playing with numbers on applications.(jumping to conclusions, are we?) He is not as nice as he sounds on the radio. It just sounded like they didn't want the hassle. Even my aunt who used them said she wishes she went another route. I ended up going to Caliber Home Loans and they all were so supportive and accommodating. They got my loan done on the house I wanted and were always there to answer my questions either by email, call, or text.
