“The photos in the previous reviews show a different place. The place at 8100 Westside Industrial Dr in Jacksonville is a small spot. They don’t start unloading until 0730, they have 5 docks and only 3 docks with dock ramps for long van trailers. There was only one usable dock when I got here at 0650 am and somebody already beat me to it. The guy inside the office was a good spirited fellow. I did have to walk across the freight area to get checked in but that was because I was early. The check in desk is just inside by door 10 near the east end of the building. The building has approximately 6 businesses here. Enter the drive way from the west end of the building if you have a long box. There is limited pull up room here due to the cars parked along the North edge of the drive. A restroom is available near the office; just ask. No waiting area. No vending machines.”
“Lina is very kind and warm person and very professional. I booked her services from out of state and was incredible grateful that she met me at Amtrak Station on time in Jacksonville, FL. She is friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. She was very accommodating, and I booked an additional trip during my vacation to visit my mom. She worked me into her schedule last minute and communicated clearly so I knew when she was going to pick me up and when to expect her when going back home. I highly recommend her services!”

“When you call LBC, it gets directed to a call center, and they give you the wrong address. It is not 75 Foresthill... the address on here is correct at 7540 103rd st. Waisted 15 min going down the road. Also, the Saturday hours are incorrect. They close at 4 thirty but must arrive way before that to get your paperwork situated. You must also bring cash or check. Another hiccup i was not told about. Other than that, Joseph was very helpful, and his service was great. I just wish they had a second location further south, as I had to drive about 8 hrs there and back from West Palm Beach. Thanks for your help Joseph! ?”
“Excellent communication for a residential delivery, and SUPERB customer service! Maybe I got lucky, but my experience was simply fantastic -- office called to confirm delivery 4d+ ahead of time, provide an estimated delivery window between 1p-5p, and the driver called day of delivery to reconfirm this delivery window and arrived perfectly inside of it! He also provide a ton of help getting my massive pallet delivery inside my tractor's front-end loader! Many, many thanks for the superb communication and service!”
