I purchased a 2018 rav4 from this location her my sales rep was tay and she way very pleasant a few months after I bought the car I went to get a oil change took forever and they did not reset my mileage they also didn't shut my hood all the way and I want in 295 and the hood flew up I come back later to sell my car def not interest I found business elsewhere I definitely had a good experience with tay when purchasing the vehicle

I recently had a take 5 shop screw up my oil change and after 2 other mechanics was still left in the air not knowing if my car would be ok. After a very stressful 2.5 weeks I took it to KP after hearing about their excellent customer service. I was greeted by Ahmmed Creighton, a service advisor, and while telling him myConcerns had a panic attack and started crying. Ahmmed was so nice and caring in handling my breakdown And assured me that he would get in to look at my vehicle and get it fixed and me feeling better. I didn't have an appt so I had assumed I would be there for hours and parked myself in one of the work cubbies they have in their waiting area. Less than an hour later he came and got me and took me into the service area to talk to the mechanic and actually see my car and what the issue was. Turns out it was a stupid gasket that should have been replaced when the filter was changed. Joe (the mechanic) showed me the parts and answered a few questions. I started to cry again and they were both so reassuring to me that the car would be fine and not in a mansplaining way that is normal to this industry. I had mentioned doing my 100k review just to make sure nothing else was the issue and they actually showed me some other things needing repair/replacement, explained why and gave me the timeline of when I would need it repaired. I felt confident that these guys knew what they were doing so I had them go ahead with a brake job and replacement of some oil stuff. While this did take a couple hours it still was quicker than the days I've had to wait for other mechanics and I feel like I can truly trust them. Waiting was also very pleasant. I had taken my laptop and was able to work in a quiet cubbie in their lobby. I had Wi-Fi and plenty of plugs. I also spoiled myself with some pancakes and sausage which were as good as a deli I've been too and only a few bucks. The guy working the counter was very nice and even brought the food to my cubby. I was a bit disappointed when Ahmmed came and got me as i was still full from pancakes and not able to get something for lunch from the cafe. All done between 7 and 1145 I think and out the door for 1100. I haven't shopped around for the prices of the repairs and I'm sure it may be a bit high but honestly I would pay it again for the sense of security that came with it. Thank you again to Ahmmed and Joe for being gracious and instilling back a little bit of faith in mechanics for me. I hope I don't need a car anytime soon but will definitely come to KP when I do and will drive from Arlington to get any service done as well.

Just beware, these dudes will try to sell you every service under the sun and overcharge you wherever you can. They visited me 3 times to try and sell me additional things. I'm just here for an oil change. Will be the last time.

Called about a car for my son they said they would call me back and never bother to call guess I wasn't good enough got a 800 credit score well guess I'm going somewhere else Service before the sale hate to see after the saleSorry Keith pathetic customer service

My truck needed a oil change and I had it checked out due to some electrical issues, it's day number 5 of being in the shop and still no one has ordered the part even though I authorized the part to be placed. No one has called or even let me know what is actually going on with my vehicle. I'm disappointed in Toyota because in the past I've always had excellent service and this is experience has been terrible. I normally go to Arlington to have my services done because they are amazing but this location and the Casset location have the worst customer service. I wish I could give it negative stars, I'm very unhappy with my experience here.
