I dropped off a simple skirt that needed to be cinched at the waist and gave them ample time to do it. Flash forward a couple of weeks to when I actually needed to wear it, and discovered that it was so poorly done that it visibly unwearable. Had to bring it to a second seamstress and repaid to get it fixed - even they noted the horrible work the town center did.

Amazing experience!! In a time critical situation, I got the most upmost respect and professionalism from the two ladies that work there. I needed my military uniform Stitched up at the last second, and even though the workload was heavy, she still reassured me that she would get it done as soon as possible. Had a dress altered there and the measurements went well so I was excited they could get it done so quickly (2days). $82 later and they completely messed the hem of the dress for the wedding I was attending. She even told me that it was uneven and wanted me to come try it on, so why even give it to me that way?? They made it uneven, long in the front and short in the back. Worse of all they didn’t even hem the dress and just folded the dress up under and sewed it under. I ended up having to cut the dress for the wedding because it was so uneven and didn’t have time to take it somewhere elseService: Alterations

Was very pleased with the level of service at Town Center Cleaners. I came with a suit that had stains that another dry cleaner had struggled to get out. The woman here looked over the suit in detail and marked each stain. Suit came back next day and stains were gone!

As with most things, everyone's experience will vary. I asked for a crease to be taken out of a pair of pants and had a shirt altered. The crease was reinforced and the shirt fit the same as when I dropped it off. Other 3 items that were dry cleaned were fine.Services: Organic dry cleaning
