Reserved a truck on Thursday, April 18th for whole day rental on Sunday. Got a text at 6pm on Saturday that they cancelled my reservation. I called very upset and was told it was actually first come first serve and the reservations mean nothing! That sounds like fraud to me. Home Depot is not reliable if you were counting on a truck rental reservation. They do not hold your reservation, just charge you a deposit of the entire amount for a few days.If this has happened to you please join me and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so that they will be stopped from conducting this type of fraudulent business practice.

me and my girl friend went looking for sinks, and we already had one in mind that we liked. when we got to the sink section, we could only find the sink we wanted on display, and not in a box to buy. so we asked Karen from the plumbing department for help. we waited a little while for help because she was dealing with something else, but after a couple of minutes she came over. she searched and searched for the sink we wanted, but there was issues with inventory. The sink we wanted was $149 and she grabbed one for $179, and told us she would mark it down for us. She also grabbed a $80 water faucet for the sink, and completely marked it down. She then proceeded to walk us to the front of the store, and assist us with checkout.

Today, I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a lady that works next to where the vertical blinds are sold, I simply asked for help in a very respectful manner and her demeanor towards me was so belligerent as if to say: What do you want? then she said: What do you need? As opposed to good morning, sure, I can help you. Lucky for me the lady that was paged to help was the complete opposite in terms of how she treated me. Very nice and professional. Too bad they all can't be like that. Sad thing is, I'm sure that's how she treats customers and supervisory people know this but are too afraid to confront her.

We knew what we wanted and found it easily. Then, when we were checking out, Cynthia was very pleasant. She had checked out my husband a few days earlier and he came home telling me about the very nice cashier. I wish that kind of employee was everywhere. I would shop in person more than I shop online as I do now.

I called your automated service to make my payment and it said my account has a zero balance. The lady said I have 2 accounts. She we said I could pay a dollar and she would take the payment!!!!! It would not switch to my other account so I could make a payment on line. I then called Lane Ave store and the woman said I have to come in to make a payment. I do not drive! I was put on hold when I explained I could not go to the store. I was put on hold and No One ever came back on the phone! I have to get my neighbor to go to the store to make the payment!!!!! Ridiculous

Terrible experience. Ordered a closet kit and got it home and it was missing a box. Took it back to store and ordered a new one. Got it home and tried to install it and it was missing pieces. Missed my opportunity to have my painter install it because of the first mistake. My brother took the day away from his business to install and couldn't because of 2nd mistake. So disappointed by this experience. Went to store and was told all management was in a meeting. Called online customer support and finally got a manager in store. Offered a pittance as compensation which is not nearly enough considering the time and stress involved in the whole situation. I used to not care between Home Depot and Lowe's, but after this I will not shop Home Depot again. Their values are not in the customer.

Who doesn't love the Home Depot. It has everything you need for home repair, upgrade and holiday decorations. Hubby and I were picking up 2by4's to help a girlfriend build a door to enclose her patio. I was named the Supervisors since I decided to wear flip flops. I had to stand by and guard the flat bed cart...lol. I did as I was told missing out on all the good pictures. I was able to capture the crew who has been working there so long that he became a skeleton...ha ha ha ha If you're working on home repairs, manacape jobs or she shed builds, then Home Depot on Lane Avenue is your place for all your needs.

This is a good Home Depot for you to grab whatever supplies you need for whatever project you have either around the house or at your business. The staff was friendly and they helped navigate you through big huge Isles that honestly you can get lost within. I definitely recommend this particular location of Home Depot. They offer Professional Service and the products you need.
