I bought a used truck on August 16. The sales experience was good along with the whole process while I was there. However, the problem came after the fact when I realized I was missing some paperwork. So I emailed asking for it and received the same contract paperwork I already had. Then I replied and clearly stated that it does not contain the papers I needed and to please send me the correct documents. That was on August 19th, and it is now September 10th and after multiple reminder emails and phone calls I still haven’t received the paperwork or a response. I live 6 hours away and will not drive down just to get the two documents that I should have received in the first place and I think it’s ridiculous I’ve waited this long for a simple request. On two of the calls I made that I actually got a person instead of a voice mail I was told it was upstairs with the accounting lady’s and that’s why they can’t get it. And if it was a few days I would understand but we are now going on multiple weeks. Which makes it seem more of an excuse than a reason of why they can’t send a simple email.

I have been servicing my car at Tom Bush VW since 2014. This by itself should speak about this dealership. This is not the place where every time you bring your car for service new service or sales departments personal will be different every single time.
Ryan who is the parts manager is very friendly, personable, and will help you with a knowledgeable advice and fair pricing.
Scott who is the service manager is very friendly, knowledgeable. He keeps you informed about the progress of repair, and he will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.
Jim Reynolds who is the general service manager is also very polite and friendly. If you like to get a fair price for your car, but most important a very pleasant experience, this is the dealership to come in.

Purchased a car in a January and finally getting to an honest review. I purchased a 2021 sedan from Chuck. To start with, I looked at a few vehicles the day prior to purchase. I returned the next day and decided on a Jetta once we could agree on price. Chuck had mentioned serval times that the vehicle included VW warranty- including coverage until 72K miles. When I asked about receiving documents pertaining to warranty Chuck said it wouldn’t be available the day of purchase and said I would receive it next week. Even went as far as asking what side of town I live on and offered to hand deliver. While this was sketchy, I didn’t think this was something he would “make up”. Anyway, sale complete. He texted the next day, thanking me for business. I responded about retrieving warranty docs on Monday…he never responded. Come Monday, nothing. Excuse after excuse. Chuck lied and would literally tell you anything to sale you a car. I know this because I did return that Monday and he gave me a pointless piece of paper proving not one thing. I found out the warranty was valid because a fan went out in my car while I out of town and I had to go to VW dealership and they confirmed…the fan went out within less than a week of having the car. Also, Chuck mentioned my first oil change would be free. I called in June and the rep told me that was not true. I ended just going to the OP location. I have been going to Tom Bush for years to get my previous vehicles serviced as I love VW. Months later, the entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not return nor refer someone to this dealership.

Just wanted to give a shout out to David Greer! David and his team made my buying experience a no stress enjoyable purchase at Tom Bush. Everyone was kind and courteous and not a bunch of people running around pressuring you. If you're looking for a car in the future go in and see David, he will treat you like he would want to be treated himself. Thanks for the great experience you guys! See you next time I need a car!

Steve Garcia at Tom Bush Volkswagen personifies everything an automotive dealership could ever want in a person representing their business. I gave Steve an idea of what I was looking for and where my budget limits were, he found a solution that exceeded my expectations in both product quality and price. Given the opportunity in the future, I will do business with the Tom Bush family of dealerships again, specifically with Steve if possible!

This has to be one of the worst lying and pathetic dealerships in all of Florida. Steve Garcia was so on the ball in the beginning until we had an issue with finance and then he talked down to me as a woman with a demeaning and disrespectful attitude and acted like he didn’t wanna give us the time of day, what kind of people do this and then to top it off? I specifically told Steve Garcia I only wanted my credit run through two places and he went without my permission and ran it through 10 different banks and places I never even heard of in my life without my authorization so now my credit is reviewing The fraud that he committed on mine and my daughter-in-law‘s credit. I would stay the heck away from any of the Bush dealerships, especially the Tom Bush Volkswagen in Jacksonville and under no circumstance deal with Steve Garcia because he apparently discriminates against women and the way we were treated was absolutely horrible. we ended up going to South Florida to the Wallace dealerships where they gave us the time of day treated us with the utmost respect and on top of it bought two vehicles so take your service and business down there. It’s worth the drive in Stuart, Florida.

Me and my fiancé had an amazing experience with Joe. Even though we waited a little bit of time it was so worth the wait because he put us in a safe, trusted car that was perfect for our building family. Just remember, patience!! ❤️ He has an amazing personality and always kept us smiling and laughing, and made us comfortable throughout the whole process! I highly recommend anybody who needs a car to go through Joe at Tom Bush VW because he is the best Car salesman we have ever experienced :)

I had the pleasure of buying a car from Tom Bush VW recently. I have bought many cars over the years and I must say Don Mooney is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. Efficient, professional, friendly and informative. If you are looking to buy a car soon go see Don. Or even not so soon. He has been there quite a while. Great guy! Just don't call him "Doug"
