The most important component to having a vehicle you love is a competent staff to service your vehicle . The lady that greeted me fully explained the process and gave me loaner vehicle . I could never get this much attention elsewhere. I love my mini .

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN CAR. TIME WASTED OR MONEY STOLEN. This is probably the worst dealership I have run into over my 6 years of owning minis. I understand minis are “mini problems” but I went to this dealership. With a totally non broken car. All I wanted done was my oil change. They told me I needed new brakes. Got them done. Got back a totally seized front tire (from the brakes being done) brought it back and they told me. I needed to pay them close to 5 thousand dollars to fix it. Or I was out of a car. So of course. I did it. I pay the money I go home. Just to see that the free rental car they gave me for “kindness of there heart”. They charged me for it on a card. I had absolutely no idea was saved into there system. Never authorized this payment. Never said yes please charge me another 100$ even though you said it was going to be free of charge for basically breaking my car. Big money scammers. And I will definitely not be returning. Kristy. This one is for you ? also brake was still seizing. Had to still get further assistance. So your magical knowledge on experience is crap in my eyes.

Now that its a public review you want to act "deeply concerned." If you care that much, you have my number and you can reach out to me yourself.
Terrible service department. went in for overheating problems, kept my car for two weeks (I recommend you ask for a loaner if you want them to service you in a timely manner) and couldnt figure it out. Said nothing is wrong and billed me for diagnostic for other unrelated issues. I cant make this up, it immediately overheated on the road when i picked it up after two weeks of having it and saying they cant recreate the problem. I turned right back around and they said their mechanic forgot to the put the belt back on. With a short few months, car overheated again and they wanted another diagnostic claiming i brought my car in for something else previously. Which is ridiculous. Bc of their poor diagnostic skills with previous attempts, my car became totaled with a blown engine completely. They wanted to charge 12k or take my car for 500$ (it sold for more than 2k on marketplace). I do not recommend mini at all. Not even their cars which i had for 10 years. It will start to have issues on you at 60k miles and start to become expensive in repairs. Every regular maintenance and repair visit has costed minimum 1.5k to 3k. They make it difficult for you to be serviced anywhere but here, so good luck with anyone who wants to get in bed with this mini dealer. We went with tesla after this nightmare which is much more fun to drive and no longer have to deal with PTSD with minis mechanics and repairs.

Took my son’s mini in for an oil change and a once over to make sure it’s road worthy. Was promptly greeted with a welcoming good morning. The staff at Mini are always so friendly and knowledgeable. We normally get Kristie in service but this time we got Alison and BOTH are GREAT!!!
Many times I hate scheduling to go to a dealership for service, but I dont feel that way about mini? In the time it took me to drop off car, go get breakfast and come back it was already ready to go. It’s like they understand our time is important.

Todd is not only a knowledgeable Mini salesman but also a sincere , honest and kind gentleman. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Todd . No pressure just great service . Everyone we encountered at the dealership was top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them anytime !!
I had some warranty recently completed I was very pleased that Kristen was able to have my car delivered back to me in Savannah… saved me about 6 hours in driving!!!
