Worst customer experience I have ever had. I bought a 2015 Mazda 3 from them brand new in 2014. Great car terrible, arrogant, evasive, service after the sale ever since. I will never buy another car from any of the Tom Bush dealerships again. Buyer Beware!

This dealership only cares when you are purchasing or leasing a vehicle. They have terrible customer service once you walk out with the vehicle. I will never do business with them again.

John is a gem in the world of car salesmen! He was very polite, respectful and listened to all my wants in a vehicle. It was overall a very pleasant experience. I love my new CX-5! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, don’t overlook Mazda and go see John at Tom Bush Mazda!

When leasing a car, you might expect a maintenance plan, like free oil changes, to be included. When I leased a Mazda CX-90 from Tom Bush, I was told I would receive 5 or 6 free oil changes. However, during my second oil change, I realized that what was promised verbally was not included in the contract, and they asked me to pay extra. So, when you are purchasing or leasing something, don't rely on what is said verbally—always read the contract carefully.

Tom Bush Mazda should pride themselves in knowing that they have an AMAZING team behind them!! Brenden R was my sales rep, he was reliable, honest, and kind the entire way through while helping me purchase my new car. Ed in the finance department was also honest, kind, and patient as we worked through the paper work and all the fine details. Everyone that i came in contact with was so generous and they all had smiles on their faces!! I love my new Mazda CX-5 and will definitely be recommending Tom Bush to all my friends and family!!

What a great car buying experience!
I shopped around for a new CX30 near Tallahassee and worked with Jose at Tom Bush Mazda. He gave me a fair quote and I was able to complete most of the transaction online. I came into the dealership, signed some paperwork with Jose and Jeremy in the finance office, and was in and out of the dealership within an hour or two. The whole experience was transparent and not at all pushy. I am very happy with my car and especially with the deal we made.
Would recommend unequivocally and will happily go back if we need another car! Honestly, I didn’t know car buying could be so easy.

From beginning to end, this was the best car shopping experience my family and I have ever had. When we arrived at the dealership, we were never hassled by any salespeople and were assisted at the reception desk, which led us to meet our fabulous helper, Devyn Larsen. Devyn was incredibly kind, never pushy, and patiently showed us potential cars that matched my consideration. He made the process easy, simple, and straightforward, as well as the Mazda paperwork. This made me feel very comfortable and took away much of my stress about car shopping. He always treated my parents and me respectfully and was fun to talk to! You could feel that he is a caring person and not just a pushy salesman. Devyn was knowledgeable about the car and was kind and patient when explaining the features and his recommendations even after I had already purchased the vehicle and could have just walked out. He was honest throughout the process and really made the magic happen. Other employees in the office were also kind and not pushy, including Billy Bejar, who helped us finance my car and, once again, made the magic happen. I am so happy with my choice to shop at Mazda, and I love my car. It was truly a great deal. I highly recommend the Mazda dealership and these people. It could not have been a better experience.

We went knowing what car we wanted. Our salesperson, Matt Stephens, did not try to pressure us into buying more than what we came to buy. Zero pressure! He was friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership had great inventory of the model that we intended to purchase. We also took advantage of the zero percent financing. We left the same day with a beautiful car for an awesome price. This was our fourth new car purchase in four years and this was hands-down our best buying experience.

Bought two cars here in the last month, to make my 2nd and 3rd cars bought at Tom Bush. Great dealership and I feel like I got good, honest value from shopping here. Brenden sold me both cars and he is awesome, efficient and knowledgeable, takes time to fully understand the product so he can provide correct info on arrival. Impeccable patience throughout the purchasing process and never pushy or demanding. Friendly, punctual, and understanding of the needs of his customers.
