The excellent care we receive from Marco Granado at Tom Bush BMW is above and beyond any other sales representatives we’ve had at any other dealerships. He reviewed all aspects of our new 2025 BMW X5 M60i with us and made sure all devices were connected and both of us could see the new vehicle on the BMW app. We’ve worked with Marco on several occasions from ordering a new M8 to purchasing a vehicle in stock. We continually are completely satisfied and enjoy working with Marco and Tom Bush BMW.

Marco made the whole process from building my new X6 to driving off the lot very easy. Moose then made the finance portion quick and painless. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I feel very happy with my purchase and decision to buy my car through Tom Bush!

Mr. Bush or Management, both Jennifer ( I may be wrong but ask Shaun) at Service and Shaun Mooney at Automotive Service both deserve $500 bonus immidietly for the amazing customer service they provided me today!!!!! They addressed my Jetta's daylight running light electrical issue and other maintenace issues and were both very thereal with the service plan. They communicated efficiently and displayed superior loyalty to your company and brand. They were both very knowledgeable and made this experience by far the best ever.

This five star rating is for the General Manager of Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville, Rob D'Augustinis.
After not being able to reach the Service Director, Sheila Estes, today, I finally reached out to Rob D' Augustinis at around 4:45pm. His voice mail said he would be in the building until 6pm. Given the nature of his position and presumably his enormous responsibilities, I did not expect to hear back from him today at all.
Much to my surprise and amazement, I received a phone call from Mr. D'Augustinis at 5:59pm!!!
WHO DOES THIS???
Rob D'Augustinis literally was scheduled to leave his office at 6pm. He could have just left and returned my phone call on Monday, but he didn't. He chose to pick up the phone, not knowing what the issue was, and return my call, to speak with me directly.
OMG! This speaks VOLUMES to what kind of man Mr. D'Augustinis is. At the very least, this sheds light on his character and on his work ethic. If this is not the definition of, "above and beyond", then I don't know what is.
With me being a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran, I hold human dignity to be above and beyond anything else.
The respect that Rob D'Augustinis, General Manager of BMW, bestowed upon me today, by taking the time to return my phone call, one minute before he was off duty, restores my faith in humanity and in the BMW management of Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville.
It's been my experience that the higher you ascend in a company, the less recognition you receive.
The purpose of this review is to recognize and acknowledge what NO one would have ever known, and perhaps others would have taken for granted.
To some, this act of kindness demonstrated by Mr. D'Augustinis may seem like "no big deal" or "it's his job", so why all the fuss? But to others, like myself, this seemingly small gesture makes a huge difference in a person's life.
Everybody has a boss. So aside from this review to share, I also contacted and left a voice message with Rob's boss, Telis Asssimenios.
The purpose of contacting Mr. Assimenios was to let him know what kind of General Manager he has working for him. So hopefully Mr. Assimenios will recognize, acknowledge and perhaps reward Mr. D'Augustinis in some way, at least that is my hope.

I purchased an 2024 X2 M35 which is now on the recall list for a brake issue... I'm told I can still drive it, yet dealer are not allowed to sell them until the recalls have been fixed... I am told if the car has a lease or loan, it cannot be paid off as it will be impound until the vehicle is fixed. I am told I cannot sell or trade this vehicle as it will be impounded by BMW until it is fixed.... If BMW is impounding and stopping sales of these vehicles... then they must not be safe to drive... Why hasn't BMW provided us with a loaner car until ours is fixed..? You say its safe to drive yet you're impounding them... makes no sense.
Why was this recall not disclosed to me prior to selling me the car... they obviously knew about this. Tom Bush BMW could have known about this recall prior to the sell of this vehicle and this was not disclosed. We are now stuck with a vehicle we dont feel safe to drive... It now sits in the garage as its current resting place... So much for the Ultimate Driving Machine...

I am giving it two stars ( instead of 1) since I liked my service advisor Tucker.
We brought our car in for routine service and were told we needed an expensive repair . Total repairs were $3550; most of which was labor. My husband reasoned that we don't want to trust the car to some fly by night place so we have to pay BMW rates for their expertise. We noticed a burning smell the day we picked it up and were told it was normal.
By day 3, my husband noticed the "add oil" light and had to pull off I95 to add a quart of oil. The rest of the really expensive oil BMW had just put in is on our garage floor (thank you Tom Bush). We called the service rep and he was able to get us a tow and a loaner delivered, but since the car was a "bring back" on a Friday afternoon- they couldn't look at it until Monday. I heard from them Tuesday that it was a missing exhaust vanos seal (technician error) and that it was all fixed. I asked Tucker (who asked his manager BJ Scott) to refund some original labor costs for the job since this exhausted so much of our time (most of Friday in and out of work, loss of our car for 4 days).
The Service manager said no, offered us nothing and told us they fixed the problem they created and that was all they needed to do. He said "It was an honest mistake by their tech". I agree, Ive just never had a company ask me to eat their mistake. After I pushed back- they offered to detail the car.
Bottom line, we paid (A LOT) for their time and labor, and they simply don't value ours. FYI Tom Bush, we work too. Our missed labor hours matter - and when you can't get to work or keep getting pulled out of work to deal with dealership mistake, maybe you shouldn't just tell customers to eat it.
Done done and done with Tom Bush.

My experience at this location was phenomenal. Mehmet & Sheila took very good care of me and made the whole buying experience super memorable. Everyone was friendly and not at all pushy in any way. I felt so comfortable with these people. I would definitely recommend Tom Bush BMW Jax to anyone. 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
