First, let me say that previous to this experience, I was unfortunate enough to become acquainted with the BMW collision center in Clearwater, FL a couple years ago when someone reversed into me sitting at a traffic light.They were quick, professional, and accomplished the work in the time specified.Recently, I was side-swiped in a hit and run. The damage was fairly minor and all cosmetic, but I like to keep my things in good order, so I brought the car in for repair. I was told 7-10 business days to recondition one wheel, and repair the relatively minor damage to the front wheel arch.Business day 8, I called for an update. No one knew who my advisor was, and it had been changed from the initial advisor I had spoken with during my meeting for an estimate. It took about 15 minutes on hold, but they figured it out.I was not able to speak to my advisor and left a message politely requesting an update, as I would need to coordinate assistance to pick the car up.Business Day 9, left another messageBusiness Day 10, called 2 more times.Business day 12, they finally had an answer that the car would be ready the next day.I was unable to make arrangements that quickly, so picked the car up first thing in the morning on the 18th (total) day that they had the car.None of the power accessories on the driver’s door worked!To be clear, there was no damage to the door at all from the hit and run incident.They took the car back to figure out what the issue was…. After 40 minutes I had to leave since I was now late for work and without a ride. I got into the car to drive to work, and the door trim piece literally fell off the door into my lap. They told me to bring the car back as soon as I could and they would get it fixed.I did drop the car off again, and they have had it now almost 3 full days. I have called 3 times for an update…. My advisor is out of the office today, and will get back to me next week…. They transferred me to the manager, who was also not available. I left a voicemail and over 3 hours later have not heard anything back. I have not had my call even answered the last 2 times I have called.I will be unable to pick up my car over the next 2 weeks because of work schedules and locations, and am now out a car that was supposed to have been fixed long ago.I am happy with the quality of the actual repair…. The wheel and wheel arch area look great, The car was clean, and there is no trouble driving it.I am unhappy with the lack of attention, communication and resulting inconveniences caused by poor attention to anything that required them to disconnect the power accessories for the door, or mess with the trim piece. I don’t know why it takes so long to fix what was not broken when I dropped the car off the first time, and I can’t get anyone to get me an update.Bottom line, if you have all the time in the world, bring your car here, as they seem to mostly do good body work. If you are on a time line of any sort, you might want to consider another option.

Tom Bush collision center in Jacksonville Florida is a joke they had my car for over 3 months I've called so many times trying to get an update I gotten one call from m.r Dewayne white wanting to me to sign off for them to start working on my car. I've been sending Emails calling him but no response.? So after 3 plus months I got a phone call from Tom bush telling to come get my personal belongings out my car its being total out f.k.when I've been consistently communicating with my insurance adjuster it should not take 3 months to pull a car in your shop and do an inspection people spend alot of money at Tom Bush B.M.W so if you don't having enough technations that's not my problem bad communication Bad customer service.!

I had an awesome experience with Tom Bush Collision Center, Jacksonville, FL. They repaired my vehicle back to factory spec condition and much more after an unfortunate accident where I was rear-ended. They did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the result.My service advisor, Danny Vinuela, was amazing. He kept me informed and stayed on top of my repair, really took care of me, knowing how much I love and miss my car. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the services provided. (Highly recommend you ask for Danny)Thats not all while being repaired I had their technichian, the best in the business Fawaz Abdulhameed, repair some curb rash from a previous owner and now they are mint, then he installed high quality ceramic tint that looks amazing, blocks the heat, and is absolutely flawless. (Definitely contact him for any tint or wheel repair need's, no accident required for his outstanding well priced services)Extra ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Danny and Fawaz! I drive a 10 year old Mini Cooper. It seemed like it was about time to start thinking about a new car. But after consideration of 1) my age - (old - not a lot of driving years ahead); 2) the low mileage on my car, less than 30,000; 3) no major problems - ever; 4) the $$$ of a new car; and 5) last, but not least, it’s the only car I’ve ever driven that people in other cars wave to me, this was my 3rd Mini - I’m a true Mini lover, ( I’ve been signaled by other drivers, but it wasn’t as pleasant….); therefore, the only logical thing to do was to fix the minor cosmetic problems and keep my cute little car for the rest of OUR driving lives. Tom Bush Collision Center was the answer! They fixed the door dings and the bubbled paint, repainted the entire car, replaced emblems and adorned it with brand new stripes! Voila! I have a car that looks factory new! It took a while, true, but they are super busy folks over there and a job done right takes some time. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the price was a lot less than a new car! The people at the Collision Center, from their receptionist, Jodi, who was awesome, to my main contact, Daniel Vinuela, were friendly, helpful and professional! It truly was a great experience and I can wholeheartedly recommend Tom Bush Collision Center!

The people here are very professional. Start with The receptionist, she is very professional and fast, knowing what information she needs that saves a lot of time. My repair manager, Daniel, is very responsible. During the repair period, he contacted me by phone to update the latest situation of the repair! Everyone I met in the office are always smiles. Great repair job! I have a red Mazda that had the rear bumper repaired and repainted by Tom Bush. The paint is difficult to match and Danny and his crew did an outstanding job repairing a previous very bad paint job done by elsewhere. And Nelva makes a visit a real pleasure! Thank you!

Everything is great with the car. My only complaint is that trying to get in touch with Danny is extremely difficult. I would call three times in one day to get an update and then wouldn’t receive a call back even the following day. I am in customer service myself and that’s just not how you do things. I was never given an estimated time frame when I originally dropped the car off so I kept calling to get an an idea. It was annoying. Communication is key.

Dewayne worked with me personally, gave details on progress; which included transparency and quick response time to any issues related to my vehicle. I really felt it was first class all the way! My appointment was about six weeks out for 8/21. When I arrived they couldn’t find me in the system and I was expecting them to say I have to reschedule, however they took care of me. Front desk had me sign a few papers, service agent looked at the car. They explained the process and got me out of there quickly, which surprised me since they had no information about me of any kind. Both were very pleasant and friendly with smiles. They offered to arrange transportation to the car rental agency which was an added plus. Good experience so far. I’ll update when I get the vehicle back.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Danny must be the absolutely the best employee at Tom Bush Collision Center. I hope others are as kind, professional and reassuring as Danny. From day one when I came to the center, Danny put my mind at ease concerning the broken side mirror on the passenger side door.I am a senior, I felt it would cost a fortune. I have to say, I left that day, feeling so much better due to how Danny investgated the damages and assure me, they could get it order and replaced before we left to go on a trip..Everything Danny said would happen, did happen, and I can't thank Tom Buch Collision Center enough.Service: Side view mirror repair
