You never feel like you're taking up their time, more that they actually want to help you... ?..... ?ONLY gripe is they don't carry my fave juice (Beard Vape Co., that #32 is so ???) I am looking to switch to vaping (vs cigarettes) and she listened to my issues with previous vapes being way too harsh and let me try several until I found a couple that I wanted to buy & try. They have a huge selection of products. And they also have a rewards program where you get one free after buying 10 (over time). So if I make the transition to vaping this will be my go-to spot for sure. Highly recommend!”

“Omg Margaritas customer service is OUTSTANDING! She was so knowledgeable about the products and gave me and my husband insight on brands that we never even considered. While we were in line their sales distributor Alex from the Green House came in and gave us even more information and even bought us some products to educate us on the difference in quality of the products we purchased from the ones they provide. I have never been more impressed by a company. They go above and beyond- clean store, bright and welcoming. Very different from the other shops I have visited and the fact that they care enough to inform you on the product that you’re about to spend your hard earned money on, tells me everything I need to know about this company! Fact check- rumors are true. Tobacco Cove is fantastic. The owner/manager was very instructive, knowledgeable and not arrogant. He has a wide variety of fine cigars and pipe smoke. “I been in here a few times and always had a great experience. The owner is nice man that remembers faces which I do appreciate. Today when I can in we were indecisive on which flavor we wanted. We were looking for a pastel cartel new flavor but got directed into another brand which are the ones in the picture. He had samples and haven't been to a vape shop that does any type of samples since covid so I definitely jumped on that opportunity and found two great flavors! This is one of my favorite vape stores and great staff!”

By far, I have shopped at many looking for best Prices as well as variety in town and I drive 20 miles just to shop in this store! Plus the customer service is above and beyond that I have yet to experience in a shop if this kind! Prices on cigarettes are awesome! Nobody is cheaper so who wouldn’t make the effort to shop here than anywhere else! I can say I won’t need to shop at any other store other than this one from here on! I was amazed at the selection they have that I took a lot of pics so I could share .”
